Normally the food and drinks here are consistent and up to standard. However, there is one specific employee at this Dunkin that makes every single drink wrong. I ordered a medium matcha with chocolate foam and there was ice to the top with less than three inches of milk and badly mixed flavors. During an earlier shift today I ordered other drinks that turned out just fine, but this kind of bad drink happens every time I order with this employee in the store.

Im not sure if this dunkin donuts in purcellville is under new management or what but ive been here before when there was females running the drive thru and NEVER had a problem with my donuts!! Until this past week theres been different people running it and everytime this is how i get my donuts, with the icing half falling off. I simply asked for 2 vanilla sprinkled donuts & this is what i received without them letting me know they didn’t have any more vanilla sprinkled. Only good thing about my order is my sweet tea! This is the second time this has happened & i will no longer be going back.

Whoever you have putting Munchkins in the boxes needs to be able to count. Got shorted 5 on a 25 count box. And can you hire any more people with facial hair/beards ? None of them wearing anything to cover their beards. Even the sticker on drive through window saying we are hiring has a picture of guy with a beard

There was a 2 Signature lattes for $6 on the menu, and the store manager refused to honor it because the promotion expired. However, the sign was still up, so we were confused as to why it was still up but theyre not going to honor it (when I worked at Dick’s sporting goods, they along with practically every other store has a policy about honoring a sign because that’s not the fault of the customer, that’s the fault of us for not checking the sign). The manager Tasha was so unbelievably rude about it, clapping her hands at us saying there’s nothing she can do and it’s not her fault. The person taking our order was caught in the middle and I felt so bad for him, he had nothing to do with it. We wouldn’t have had a problem with the menu change if it were explained calmly, and if Tasha didn’t have such an attitude like we were genuinely causing her emotional trauma for asking questions. I’m very empathetic to service workers, as I’ve worked as a sales associate and customer service rep for ~5 years. But no matter how bad my days got, I wouldn’t have acted out like that to any customers. When we asked for a refund, she snapped again and took 7 minutes to return to the window. When we asked for her name she laughed and just said, “that’s not gonna get you nowhere”. And based on other reviews, I have a feeling that this woman truly believes no one is going to reprimand her for her behavior and she’ll get away with it.

The staff at the drive-through window often come across as unfriendly and unprofessional. They frequently neglect to provide the total for your order and simply hold out their hand for payment without any greeting or thanks. Overall, the attitude and customer service leave a lot to be desired.

A woman on facebook posted a picture of a wrap from this place and it had STAPLES in it! I also had paper inside my wrap I ordered here. The coffee and food here leaves me nauseous and sick all day. This place needs to be shut down

Worst service ever. Rang in my own order. The 3 people working were wondering around cleaning and restocking the back. I’m the only customer. My ticket sat there for 5 min before the guy came out to do my order. He boxed my 6 donuts then proceeded to make my coffee…stopped half way bc the drive thru got a customer and took their order while I stood there staring at him. The 2 girls finally come out to the front to make another order A few minutes later he finishes my coffee and sits it up on the counter in front of me and says nothing and walks away. If you are not going to be polite and have good customer service, get a new job!

I just saw an employee picking at her nose ring and picking out donuts for the customer in front of me . How disgusting!! He asked to speak to the manager and informed the manager what had happened. Instead of refunding or getting him a fresh order, he said he could have them for free. The customer demanded and got a refund. How stupid can a manager be?
