By far the best dunkin in the city! I come there at least 3 times a week, and I just love the place. The customer service is great they’re really friendly and patient especially the boy with glasses, he’s really smart and patient with customers and can make several orders within 5mins alone. The employees are more friendly with each other than with the Customer’s standing waiting to buy something. Plus, the employees here like to give you what the want to give you; instead of the item that you have picked out and are pointing at. Sometime’s they say they have to get rid of the older doughnuts instead of giving you the one you want and looking at.

Horrible crew. I stopped yesterday to buy a coffee so I requested coffee without cream and sugar because I’m diabetic so the give me coffee with cream and sugar. When I asked one of the crew team to change because this is not what I’m asking for it, so they changed when they asked me to leave with bad manner. I tried to explain to her my health issue she said leave or I’m going to call police . that’s my experience with this location I’ll never go back to this location I’ll never spend a penny there.

This Dunkin’ is continuously out of everything that they advertise on their window. For months, I’ve tried to get any number of the $3 lattes they’re promoting, but they don’t have the flavoring. The only reasoning I’ve ever gotten is “it wasn’t on the truck” with a shrug. This, coupled with the extremely slow service make this a location.
