I am a college student and I have ordered floor with euber now twice this week in the morning. the first time I ordered food I also ordered two orange juices and I only got one. they are $4 a piece. this morning I ordered breakfast and we did not get our loaded hash browns. the food is already expensive for what it is and not getting it is awful especially on a college budget. when I called to tell them they left out the hash browns from the order, they pretended they didn’t have an order under my name. not to mention the food that we get is wet, the coffee tasted burnt and disgusting. incompetence in a lack of work ethic is definitely founded this location found at this location. will not go there, refer a friend or order from there again.

Waited 30 minutes at an empty store to pick up one egg and cheese sandwich. Two young teenagers gossiping in the back instead of getting customer order correctly

I can’t say much about the food, but the younger female employee was friendly and smiling. However, the older woman was incredibly rude and unpleasant — she clearly seems to hate her job. Even though this place might be a spot to grab something while at Walmart, as long as she’s there, I won’t be buying anything. I don’t usually give one-star reviews easily, but her attitude left me with no hesitation.

As usual DD serves up the freshest, just right temperature coffee and the “goodies” are irresistible. Sorry not sorry hips!

Earlier today, around 5:00 pm, I stopped by Dunkin’ Donuts while shopping at Walmart. There was a misunderstanding with the cashier. I placed an order for two sandwiches, but while waiting, I noticed the staff was preparing wraps instead. Immediately, I informed them that I hadn’t ordered wraps, and that’s when Silvia, the supervisor, asked for my receipt. Unfortunately, I had already thrown it away, not expecting any issues with my order.

Instead of offering a reasonable alternative or a solution, Silvia told me to look through the trash can to find my receipt. I found this request completely unacceptable and refused to do that. Despite my polite attempts to clarify, she continued to argue with me. After some back-and-forth, she finally said she would charge me the price difference.

This response felt incredibly offensive and unprofessional. As a loyal Dunkin’ Donuts customer who has been to various locations multiple times, I have never been treated with such disregard and lack of respect. Silvia’s behavior was not only rude but also dismissive, and I left the store feeling frustrated and disrespected.

This incident has left me questioning the quality of customer service at this particular location. I believe Silvia could benefit greatly from additional training on how to handle customer issues and provide better service. No customer should be made to feel as if their concerns don’t matter, and no one should be asked to dig through the trash as a solution to a problem. It was a deeply disappointing experience in front of my 6yrs old.

I was here the guy left from the register went outside when he came back didn’t wash his hand started right back to touch people items. The young lady that came in around 15:56 she touch her hair before putting on visor. She then starts taking customer order without wash her hand or putting a hair net to cover the visor where hair could out.

I work at the mall and frequently go to this dunkin. I waited to make this review, however i’ve been going since November so I feel like it’s passed due. Every time I go, no matter what I order it gets messed up. Even if I do an online order to go.

The employees here are friendly, but they won’t get your order correct. I don’t eat pork, and every time I try to order the avocado toast either plain or with roasted tomatoes, they make the bacon tomato and avocado sandwich instead. And instead of fixing the solution by making another, they just take off the bacon.

I’m lactose intolerant and order oat milk every time in my latte. I consistently do not get it. It would be okay if they told me they were out, and I could use almond milk or pass on the coffee altogether. But instead, they don’t tell me, and put normal milk in and call it a day. I’m not just being picky about needing a milk alternative, I actually need it and 30 minutes into sipping my latte I end up feeling sick because of the regular milk. I can tolerate bacon being removed, as I am not allergic/intolerant and my reasoning to not eating it is not affiliated with religion. However, if it was it’d be very disrespectful and I can’t imagine how other customers who are allergic or don’t eat it due to religious beliefs feel when this happens.

This is almost a violation. Allergies, intolerances, and any reason you may not want a certain ingredient should be respected by staff members. Be weary, these employees won’t listen, and wont care. Hope no one has severe reactions to what they’re serving due to allergens, always double check your order here!

Dunkin is always good! I only rated it a 4star because the person who made my food looked in total disarray, with unkept hair and beard. I do not expect hair or beard nets, but I do expect clean looking staff. I was careful to check food before I ate and will probably not eat their again. Maybe another one! My food and sweet tea was really good. This one is located in Walmart and is wheelchair accessible. No restroom except in Walmart. 4 tables to eat at plus counter stools. Employees were very nice.

So after waiting 20 minutes for 2 drinks and some munchkins I realized that I had been charged for a drink I didn’t order (and was unable to be refunded) AND was told they were out of the pumpkin munchkins I paid for. Terrible service but there were two employees that were swamped so I was patient. Will not be returning.
