This location is very modern with a kiosk to place an order without having to wait in line. Customer service is awesome. They have a drive thru as well. Ample parking available and centrally located next to the highway. Love their donuts and hashbrowns. Love this store. Will come back again

Crazy busy, my order came out and was a little too sweet (my regular go to from my home Dunkin I’m out of town). They were all super sweet about it and happily remade it perfectly. We’re all human mistakes happen! but it’s about how you respond that makes a difference. Well done and thank you again

This has got to be one of thee worst Dunkin’s in America. I ask for a toasted sausage bagel and they just stick it in the microwave like you want tell the difference!? Bagels get chewy when you do this. Dunkin’s prices just keep rising and rising and the kids that work here rather socialize use than do their jobs. Then I paid extra for the cookie butter cold brew twice and they didn’t put cookie crumbles on top FALSE ADVERTISEMENT

Went to dunkin around 5:15/5:20 pm drive through and it took about 30 minutes to receive my order for 2 coffees and a order of hash browns loaded when it was not busy at all. When I opened the box of loaded hash browns that are almost $4 I saw how little amount they gave me. I feel very gypped for the amount it is. Not only that, they were luke warm but pulling out some one else’s hair out of my mouth in the middle of eating it was the cherry on top. I know mistakes happen but it was just too much in one visit. I’m not one to complain or ever leave reviews like this because like I said before, mistakes happen but this time it was very disappointing for the experience. It’s always a hit or a miss here.

Only giving this location a 1 Star because I have to, otherwise this location wouldn’t get any. They are super lazy, they don’t even bother to put the cream cheese on the bagels, just hand you a tub of cream cheese to do it yourself, kind of difficult when driving! Coffee is mediocre at best, usually tastes nasty. Just don’t bother going to this location, you will be disappointed and the manager I spoke with really didn’t care. Id rather pay extra & go to Starbucks if it means I receive quality coffee and food.They also sent me a disgusting cold coffee that wasn’t what I ordered!!!!!!!

Stopped on a Road trip. Without a doubt one of the finest DD’s we’ve ever been to& trust me, we’ve been to MANY! Spotless room, clean restaurant, friendly efficient staff, great selection of donuts for 3pm or morning for that matter, and the loaded tots were amazing-not greasy, not dried out, and tasty- and I don’t even like them normally!
