Ordered two coffees and two donuts. Got one coffee and two donuts. Staff was too busy running the drive thru to be able to get attention – waited a few minutes, politely interrupted and was told “just one second”, waited another minute, finally literally had to shout to get anyone to actually take a break from the drive thru to give me my second coffee.
They have a customer service we care phone number on a sign inside, so I called. They said “we need to get some information” then put me on hold for a minute. I gave up, I give up, and I won’t be coming back. I suspect the drive thru is probably ok but they sure aren’t interested in helping customers who come inside.

I stop in from time to time, usually in the mornings. I am always greeted with a smile from the staff. I have never had a mistake on my order and the coffee and Bavarian Cream donuts are always 5 star quality. The service from the staff is always prompt and professional. Definitely and D&D customer for life!! Keep up the fantastic work!

They are great love the coffee. Have difficulty with the app.rarely can I get my points, sat in their lobby for aver 45 minutes trying to order, so I could get my points and use one of their specials. I was connected to Doukin’s Wi-Fi. This has been a problem for a long time.

Heading to work dying for a sausage egg and cheese and they said they stopped making food for the night around 4 or 5… they close at 8. Now ussualy I’d understand however I used to work at dunkin donuts. The cashier was just pure lazy. Work area needed a wipedown for sure. However I’m giving 3 stars instead of 1 because this is the only dunkin that actually made my coffee right.

I always get my coffee here and they never dissapoint! always courteous, fast, my coffee is made perfectly every time. sarah, Barbara, and kim are the employees i normally see and they always have a smile on their face and happy to help. they also keep the seating area clean of trash and dirty tables!! these girls, along with their supervisor Andrea, need to be recognized for their excellence!!

Customer brought back order (doughnut) after leaving counter and being seated 2-3 minutes. Said it was wrong doughnut. Sales girl asked if she had touched it. Customer and I both looked surprised and then the sale girl stated “I don’t want to gross out customer’s when I put it back” and then she put it back with the other doughnuts of that type. To top things off another customer stepped up and asked if someone could clean the tables off. When the customer stepped away the sales clerk said “Some people are to lazy to wipe it off their selves”

This Dunkin’ Donuts is just OK. It’s located inside a Walmart so service is just So… So. Ordered a Dunkin turbo coffee and it was cold, obviously had been sitting awhile. They need to relocate and get out of Walmart I’m sure they would double there sales. Can’t stop here on your way to work… It takes to long to walk in a Walmart and get service. No drive thru window.

The new Dunkin in Milford Delaware on Rt 113 next to M & T, knows we will be stopping in every morning and have our order waiting for us. Love them!
