Don’t order through the screens inside. I just paid $6.50 for a $5.00 meal deal and would’ve had to pay extra for hash browns. I understand picking your coffee and sandwich but you also have to select your hash browns like they have different hash brown options. I didn’t realize that and at the counter, I was told I’d have to pay extra because she would have to have the meal refunded and re-entered. Completely over-designed, order with a human.

I come here almost daily on my ride to work. As busy as they always are (busy area cant blame them) I have never had a problem with accuracy, time to receive and quality of service. They can have that line all the way out to Forest Ave, but still keep it moving. I am often recognized by name and met with a smiling face. I would recommend this dunkin over any other dover/camden (never go to camden they are always RUDE and ANGRY) dunkin. As someone with 3 years of experience at McDonalds, they amaze me every day.

I always visit this dunkin (unfortunately) as it’s closest to my home, and it’s always hit or miss depending on who’s on the floor that day, some of the younger staff members are incredibly rude, I can hear them laughing through the intercom and making snarky remarks as your order is being prepared.. they definitely lack “customer service” skills, my drink was prepared wrong TWICE!! I asked for a cookie butter cold brew and it looked like the drink was tampered with. I wouldn’t recommend this location! I would much rather drive the distance to receive better customer service.

So this review is 1 mth late, but Dunkin Donuts was on something that day this is disturbing to hand out food in this condition . What is that? Why does it look like that. WHY are my napkins all crumpled up? I am very disappointed with my experience here. Presentation is EVERYTHING! Have not & will not been back!

This Dunkin’ location is by far the worst I’ve ever been to. I ordered the Cookie Butter Cold Brew, a drink I’ve had many times before and was really looking forward to. I know exactly what it should look like — it should have cookie crumbles on top. Yet, every time I’ve gone to this location, they barely put any on. The third time I visited, I even asked them to make sure there were cookie crumbles on top because there was barely any the previous times. When I picked up my drink, I was shocked at how little effort was put into it. The person at the window even told their coworker as a smart remark, “We don’t have time to crush the crumbles, make it make sense.” How is that acceptable? It’s completely unprofessional and goes against Dunkin’s promise to deliver the products they advertise. The least they could do is put in the effort to make it right. Please take a look at the photos I’ve attached — does this look like the Cookie Butter Cold Brew you advertise? It’s disappointing. And to top it off, they NEVER remember to include my hashbrowns. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION.

Service is great. With a long line outside my wife and I tried inside. The ladies were quick and helpful. I asked for a hot matcha latte. I honestly did not know it was tea. My wife said it’s rich which is good, but suggested I try the iced matcha latte. I asked if I could make mine iced and they said sure no question.

I wanted to try Dunkin for the first time today so I stopped by this place omw home and I was just standing there at the register for like 5 minutes before the girl there even talked to me(she was doing the drive thru so I was patient and gave her time) she then told me she’ll be with me in a while and I waited for another 5 minutes then she took my order and I paid for it. Tell me why I was there for almost 25 more minutes just waiting for an original blend and one donut. Then another lady came to help behind the register and she asked the first one who took my order what my order was coz she realized I had been there for long, she then said “I’m making it, I already told her” with an attitude. Even the guy behind me came 10 minutes after me and was served and left before me!!! She served like 10 drive thru customers while I was standing there like I’m still a customer hello and I packed to do a walk in order coz it was my first time. Honestly it was a terrible experience but maybe I’ll try another location hopefully they have better service

In store: ZERO STARS!!!! Just my luck that the one time I decide to go into the store, I’m stuck with the only GUY who can’t make coffee to save his life! The morning manager better look into the performance review of this guy!! He messed up twice and tried to pass off a COLD COFFEE as a HOT LATTE!! Never again am I going inside during morning rush!!

I’ve stopped going to dunkin for multiple reasons but occasionally i’ll still go as I really love their refreshers. Not targeting this specific store, but I have never had a bagel that was made right. i often get bagels with cream cheese on the side but today they gave it to me with the cream cheese on it and it was terrible. it’s as if they cut a block of cream cheese in half and just put it in the middle of the bagel. this has happened at every dunkin i’ve gone to so it must be just the practice that dunkin as a company does which makes no sense. i could have looked past this today but my bagel was over cooked. it didn’t LOOK burnt, but it was so hard i actually cut my gums eating it and couldn’t finish it. The staff there are very friendly but seem to not pay attention, i often am missing parts of my order and today they seemed to completely forget about my mobile order 30 seconds after i pulled up to the ordering screen. It didn’t seem very busy as there was only 2 cars in line and one person in line inside. As i said, the staff seems very friendly but maybe the communication between them isn’t the best and the company food practices suck
