People can be rude. Once I was told they were busy with drive-thru so I should get in my car and go through drive-thru. Another time I asked if they had everything bagels and was told yes. Ordered the bagel and coffee. Got the coffee but waited and waited ut no bagel, I finally asked about it and was told they only had regular bagels.and was asked if I still wanted a bagel.. mind you I had already paid for the bagel. The people at DD by Walmart in Camden are just so much friendlier and nicer.

I go here after working 16 hours to get a large coffee and this is what they give me. Everytime I come here there’s always an issue with my order whether it’s giving me a smaller size or trying to rush me out without my food. This is pitiful for the price…

Every time I go here there is an issue. They made my drink wrong and told me they could not change it because it was already made. Horrible customer service. After not remaking my drink it took close to 10 mins to get the rest of my order and it was all smushed in one bag where the pastries were crushed. Will save my money or go to Starbucks. Hire new staff or teach them customer service. Had to throw away apple pie because there were black unknown particles on the back.

This Dunkin almost never makes a good coffee. They must have something wrong with their machines because the coffee is terrible. It often tastes watered down and burnt, even the hot coffee. They can’t seem to figure out how to add the correct amount of milk and sugar either, and I just get it regular. I thought that was a measured process but I guess not. I even got an attitude from the teenager at the drive up telling me that’s what it’s supposed to look like when I asked for them to remake it. I’ve been ordering Dunkin coffee for decades, a regular coffee isn’t supposed to look like milk with a splash of coffee. Thanks for your opinion though, maybe just make the coffee the way I’m asking for it instead of insisting the way I’m asking for it is wrong? It’s been such a disappointment since it opened and we find ourselves going further to the other Dunkin still. We’ll continue avoiding this one until a under new management sign pops up or something changes.

I left the drive-thru in the middle of ordering due to poor customer service. From the beginning, the employee had a rude and sarcastic attitude. When I asked for an iced cocoa cloud latte with chocolate (my first time ordering it), I was told it already comes with chocolate, but the response was given with an unnecessary attitude. When I asked for a pink donut, the drive-thru employee replied sarcastically, “You mean a strawberry donut?” Management needs to work on Customer service with there employees!

This is my first time ever writing a review, but after my experience today, I felt it was important to speak up. While going through the drive-thru with my family, I began placing our order. As I relayed what my son and daughter wanted, the employee interrupted with a sarcastic and impatient tone, asking, “How many donuts do you want?”
Her sudden shift in tone caught us all off guard. It was not just what was said but how it was said. She continued by explaining that 12 is a dozen and 6 is a half dozen, in a way that felt demeaning, as if I didn’t know how to count. If she had simply said, “Sir, based on how many donuts you’re ordering, you might want to consider a dozen or half dozen,” it would have been fine.
The entire interaction felt unnecessarily rude and dismissive. I will not be returning to this location. I would rather take the extra drive to Camden or Dover than be treated that way again. Customer service matters, and I hope this is taken seriously because people always have a choice in where they spend their money.

I placed my usual coffee order though the app. ( original blend ice coffee, NO DAIRY, 3 caramel, 2 cookie dough, and 3 Splenda. I always get this no matter the location. I am severely lactose intolerant and I almost immediately know when the barista has decided she/him didn’t wanna pay attention and add dairy to my coffee. This location always adds dairy to my drink. Despite the printed out label says black…. Not sure why they continue to add dairy when my order clearly says black. This location always makes me sick due to their inability to read a printed out label that says black ( meaning no milk).
Never again.

I truly enjoyed my visit. Kaden was my server and he was amazing!! He was cheerful, and helpful and his personality was exceptional!! Thanks Kaden for starting my day off right!! Inside was soooo clean and everyone seemed to be working well together and it didn’t seem like everyone was stressed and rubbing crazy!! I usually go to another store on my way to work but I’m happy that I stopped by this one today!!
