Terrible service. I went in and order at the kiosk as their signs direct. Just a simple order of 2 donuts. I watch multiple people walk in after me for mobile orders and place orders at counter. Drinks and bagels. Waited over 10 minutes before I had to go up and ask where my order was. It was what 2 monkey’s do to a football

Blueberry glazed donut was molded. I’m going sue this establishment it not the first time I’m sure they have sold molded donuts. Blueberry’s are blue not green.

I am a regular customer at any dunkin near my house. I love the decaf coffee. What i don’t appreciate is my donut being thrown at me and then given a bad attitude bc it was part of my order that you forgot. I ordered at the kiosk inside and patiently waited 15 minutes for my order and watched as people who came in after me received their order.

I went in here for the first time and the manager or owner (not sure) which was a woman was standing and giving orders to the workers. She had them filling up the cups all the way to the top with ice. The cups have lines where you fill the the ice but she was making them fill it up more. I asked for less ice on mine and she had them fill it to the top. After they made my drink I said, “No I asked for less ice”! The manager told the woman, don’t remake it. Just dump the ice out. She was like a drill sergeant standing there giving orders. I wouldn’t give these people any business. Trying to steal from customers and treating their employees terribly.

Go to another Dunkin. They made us wait extra 15 minutes for a mobile order. They said they can’t find our order and didn’t believe me. I showed them my mobile order and they wouldn’t give me my order. I didn’t leave since they were not going to give me my already paid order. After 15 minutes, they found my order and gave it to me. No apologies or anything.

Very clean store. Staff listened to Dietary restrictions and immediately Proposed an item that would work well for Us. It was delicious and is now Our new favorite! Definitely worth the walk inside for the Great customer service. Kudos!

Today I went in and ordered a coffee and donuts the lady was very rude then when I got out to my car I noticed the donut wasn’t correct so I went back in to exchange it and the same lady took the donut out the bag and put it back in the donut case which was extremely unsanitary and when my mother said something she just kept saying sorry and how she knew it was wrong. never going back because if she does that in front of people I don’t know what she is doing behind close doors to our food and drinks.
