I completely understand that it gets busy during the morning commute, however, literally zero parking available, customers basically elbow to elbow which was confusing since there were 12 employees (that I counted, could’ve been more in the back). Both coffees were room temp at best and both orders of hash browns were the coldest I’ve ever had from Dunkin!! Will ABSOLUTELY NEVER be returning to this location!! Would give it ZERO stars if that was possible!!

Older Dunkin shop that is showing it’s age. Entrance was not maintained with trash and food remnants present. Staff friendly and executed my order for a dozen donets in a timely manner. Parking lot is small.

Store closed it’s 7:15 hours
Say not closed until 8 sat in drive through associate said nothing I drive up to window n associate hiding on side of register with headset and looked at me shaking his head.. do better!!! I also tried the door which is locked

My recent experience at this location, which unfortunately did not meet the high standards I’ve come to expect from your brand. During my visit, I noticed that the cashier was particularly friendly and accommodating to other customers, which made my own experience feel even more disappointing. When it was my turn, I encountered a rather rude attitude that left me feeling unwelcome. It was disheartening to see such a stark contrast in customer service. I ordered some hash browns that were served cold, which was quite unappetizing. To add to my frustration, many of the items I wanted were out of stock, limiting my choices significantly. I appreciate the quality that Dunkin Donuts is known for, and I hope this feedback can help improve the experience for future customers.

This location seems to be under new management has gone downhill extremely long wait times and i use the mobile app not ready when i arrive usually have to wait an additional 5 to 10 minutes for a latte.
