This Dunkin location on West Newport Pike has good food but some of the staff members have a bad understanding of the English language. Its just kind of hard to talk to certain employees handling giving out the food and drinks at the counter

The manager / middle eastern fella was incredibly short with me. I told him the 1 donut that I wanted. He put the wrong one in the bag. I asked for the one I wanted. Apparently the wrong sign was in front of the donut. We square that away and I pay. Dude just walked away from the register. I had to grab my own receipt and one of the other workers said thanks. Whoever is working 11/19 at 1pm should maybe find a new line of work. I’ll never come back

I ordered a cold foam cold brew and a 10 piece munchkins through drive through. The wait time was long. When I received my order I had to ask them to put the cold foam since they never did and when they did put it on it was very thin layer. They also never mixed the flavor in my coffee. Over all, every time I get a coffee from here it doesn’t taste right because they either didn’t let the coffee steep long enough or they put too much ice when brewing it.

This place is pathetic. Believe all the low rated reviews. This place will have you disappointed every time. I only go because it’s on my way to work but it not worth it. You’ll wait to order and wait even longer at the drive thru window before you can even pay. Orders are never right and customer service is horrible. If this place shuts down it would not be missed. I hope better management takes over.

Either the hot chocolate machine is broken or their oven is broken after 6 pm.

This is one of the worst I’ve ever been to… it’s really dirty and on top of that they really don’t care about how you get your coffee/ drinks, order it one way and get it however the person making it feels like giving it to you. And they couldn’t care at all… I wanted to eat inside and ended up leaving immediately because of how dirty everything is..

I will no longer go to this Duncan, every time I do I go through the drive-thru and the heavyset Indian lady that works the drive-thru in the morning is very rude and unprofessional and with all the complaints they get on her I don’t understand how she still has a job there.
She definitely does not have the right attitude for dealing with the public!

It’s unfortunate when the tag on the coffee tells you what to put in it for the customer and the lady making them does not understand enough English to make it correctly. No I’m not just saying something like that to be rude. I’m saying that because when I asked for a fork, she didn’t know what I was saying and eventually got a knife. I’ve complained because the Large Caramel Original Coffee with 8 Sugars and whole milk with an espresso shot is always not right. Missing sugar or milk or even the Carmel is not put in the coffee. The manager man with longer hair got an attitude that “I make the coffee the way it says” meanwhile he’s not the one making it so how exactly do you know what was done? Consistently missing small items like hashbrowns I get for my son. Extremely disappointed.

The bathroom the only one they have was completely soiled. Whoever went in there last used the sink. I ran out of there fast as I could.
