This is hands down the best dunking I’ve been to. If you consistently go there every morning, they memorize your order and double-check with u if you’re getting the same thing and while you wait to pay. Your order is being prepared. I’ve never spend more than 5 minutes waiting on my order. The Morning shift staff are fantastic ♥️

I order an avocado toast with bacon, and my coworker picks it up for me. Every time, this Dunkin forgets to add the bacon. I end up having to go back, and what they put in instead of bacon looks like crushed charcoal.

I use the drive thru at Dunkin Donuts all the time. They have good coffee , Latte. Service is good and hardly any wait time .The worker’s there are pleasant to deal with. Courteous with a smile for me in the start of my day. Coffee and a smile is a good way to start the day .

Dunkin donuts in new castle on Basin road is the best in the area hands down . The food is always cooked right , iced latte perfect and donuts are nice and fresh. The employees are always pleasant ( forgot to mention in the very beginning.) It makes my morning enjoyable.

You literally have to take a sip of your coffee before you leave every time you order from that specific location because they absolutely will not make it right the first or the second time. It’s really weird especially when you’re paying for the extra pumps of syrup and such yet won’t provide it. I’ve personally I have had to drive back.
