Got the $6 meal deal to surprise my wife. The food was all burnt and not seasoned. (I know it’s a fast food joint, but still), No flavor whatsoever. Got a Boston crème donut as well, barely any crème inside at all. The place was clean and nice looking inside at the bare minimum.

Visiting from out of town – grew up on Dunkin and I can assure you that all coffee made in this shop is not up to Dunkin standards. Something is wrong here. My guess is that they are brewing grounds more than once because all the coffee is heavily watered down. I doubt they are using actual Dunkin coffees. Food is really bad except the bananas. I would encourage Corporate to send a few secret shoppers here to experience it for themselves.

I’ve been forgotten about multiple times even when ordering ahead. They will stand there and talk or just not do anything. Employee that cooks the food is always talking and handling her phone. I’ve been late multiple times because of waiting 10–15 minutes for a simple item like a hot chocolate or hash browns. Disappointed almost every time I go here.

It’s a dunkin with a small town feel. Stop there sporadically before work but always a familiar face working. Owners are great with customer service and had an order come out wrong but immediately fixed and given the extra coffee. Doughnuts and bagels are what’s expected and no complaints there

If I could give zero stars, I would. My recent visit to Dunkin’ Donuts was nothing short of disturbing. I usually stop by for my morning coffee and a quick bite, but this time, I was left feeling uncomfortable and violated.
Let’s start with the most unsettling part: the manager. Not only was he incredibly creepy, but he also exhibited highly inappropriate behavior. During my visit, I witnessed him going into the women’s bathroom multiple times. Now, call me old-fashioned, but I’m pretty sure that’s a big no-no. As a woman, I expect privacy and respect when using the restroom, not a manager lurking around who clearly doesn’t understand boundaries.

Ordered through doordash and received multiple stale donuts, warm “cold brew” with no flavoring, food that was ordered with one cheese but made with another, and a matcha tea that just looks like milk with a SLIGHT green tinge, and doesn’t taste like matcha at all. VERY disappointed.
