Ordered the bacon jam grill cheese sandwich and they did NOT put any bacon on it at all. All it had was the cheese and jam. Will not be ordering from here again!!! Had one at the Dunkin in Elkton and it was good made like it was supposed to. I suggest you go a little further down the road and avoided this place.

Food is good. I like the breakfast wraps but why do they always stick 2 wraps in those small bags. Those bags are meant to hold 1 wrap, NOT 2. The breakfast wraps always stick together and you can’t pull them apart without tearing one to shreds. I guess they’re being cheap and trying to save money on the breakfast wrap bags. Each breakfast wrap bag needs to hold a SINGLE wrap, especially if the wraps are meant for different people. Dunkin needs to stop being cheap and do the right thing for their customers. Honestly, I don’t know why I keep coming back. I guess because it’s the closest Dunkin. But the prices are a bit higher than others but the coffee and service are not good. I’ve tried all different kinds of shaken espresso, hot coffee, ice coffee, cold brew to find something I like but it just seems like it is never made right. The workers seems irritated all the time. I ordered a cold foam cold brew today and the lady seemed irritated when handing it to me and shut the window super quick. I waved and told her it was supposed to have cold foam and she said no and I showed her the sticker with the order then she took it and sprayed cold foam out a can (I had no clue that their cold foam wasn’t homemade or I wouldn’t of gotten it). It was just a tiny bit & dissolved so quick. When I took my first sip, it tastes like water with a dash of coffee. I actually just ended up brewing my own coffee at home even though I wanted cold brew. think I’m done trying to give this location chances.

Bought a dozen donuts and was excited for my vanilla creme but the problem was there was barely any cream inside of it. Honestly this was a let down and a waste of money. All my donuts that had filling were basically empty, this will be the last time I ever go to a dunkin donuts.

They gave me 3 wrong donuts that I ordered from Uber and on top of that they are stale and dry. I ordered two glazed blueberry donuts and was given two plain dried up glazed donuts and a strawberry glazed and was given a non-strawberry. At this point, I’ll be going to the one further from my house. This one happened to be the closest and I had issues with them before but now I’m done. The coffee was made wrong the first time. The order was properly prepared. Instead of simply fixing the coffee that I had, made a whole new one and forced me to keep the incorrect one (that I couldn’t drink), and gave me a coffeeroll THAT I CAN’T EAT AND WOULDN’T TAKE IT BACK. I’m so over things….
The one heading towards Elkton is better. Whenever I do have an issue, at least they listen and try to fix it. Not just remake it and send you on your merry way without any care.

Do not order or eat from here. I ordered 6 vanilla creams donuts on doordash and they sent 2 crème and 4 chocolate donuts. I than had doordash re deliver the 6 crème donuts and then this Dunkin sent 6 chocolate again!! I tried to call the number and they number is not in service! DO NOT EAT HERE OR ORDER ON DOORDASH, UBER EATS

I rarely write reviews, but my experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts was unacceptable. The service was horrible from the moment I walked in. Staff appeared indifferent and inattentive, but worse than that—the food was cold and clearly not fresh.
What shocked me most was the complete lack of hygiene. I witnessed workers checking food temperatures and handling donuts with bare hands—no gloves, no hand washing, nothing. Watching someone touch food that’s going to customers without any sanitary precautions is absolutely disgusting, especially in a food service environment.
There seems to be zero regard for basic food safety practices, and it made me question how this location is allowed to operate. I won’t be returning and suggest others think twice before eating here. Dunkin’ needs to seriously review this location’s practices before someone gets sick.
