This Dunkin is my favorite location ever! They deserve a huge shout out. They are fast, even when super busy. I’m talking cars out onto the highway busy! They still greet you with a smile. I’ve been going to this location for about 2 years now and I’ve never had a wrong order. They are all such hard workers and make your morning so much better.

Had a horrible experience at Dunkin Sinking Spring could not get served. Drove down the street, walked in was greeted with a smile and how can I help you! Served and out in under 5 minutes. Skip Sinking Spring come here, they are minutes apart.

Horrible experience accuracy of orders is 0% if you decide to place an order please double check your bags/items before leaving, How do you miss counting 50 munchkins I don’t get it?! & when you call communication is A poor or B no one answers or they just hang up crew seem miserable no one wants to work save your time & energy visit a different location. I got 3 small coffees for myself and coworkers this morning. The owner was taking the orders, and I had to repeat myself 4 times. I get up to the window and I see 4 coffees, immediately the lovely young lady at the window asked me what was incorrect, sounds like she knew the owner doesn’t do his job correctly. This young lady is telling the OWNER how to fix HIS mistake, and she looks absolutely frustrated.
Even before I get my change back, the owner is “shooing” me away from the window, using hand motions as well.
That is absolutely unprofessional, you will screw someone’s order up AFTER repeating it 4 times to YOU and before receiving your change you have the audacity to literally shoo them away.
I get to work and 1 of the coffee’s (according to the sticker) wasn’t made correctly. All coffee’s tasted DISGUSTING! I am not sure if he made them or not, but I have NEVER had this bad of drinks/food or that disgusting manner of service.
This is the first I ever encountered this owner; he really needs more training on how to do HIS job and professionalism and curtesy!!
I’ve also been calling this establishment for the past 15 minutes and still nobody has answered the phone. Looks like according to other comments this isn’t the first time the owners have displayed this type of disrespect and have screwed up other customers orders. Whomever is higher up than these owners should really check into this establishment and either train or replace them.
I will continue to call; you charged me over $10 for 3 small coffee’s that weren’t correct and tasted horrible!
If I could give negative stars for this experience this morning I absolutely would.

Horrible service I would leave no stars if I could drive through is very rude coffee at this establishment is always watered down all items are always overpriced service is always horrible I’d rather go somewhere that supports American Business it seems like every single Dunkin’ Donuts I go to are owned by people from the same country of origin. Said they close at 9pm so I placed a mobile order at 8:30pm because i live around the corner. Get there at 8:40pm and they’re completely closed. Not only was my money taken from the mobile order but they’re closed before the time they say they are. I’m also going to see if I can contact someone on the corporate level.

I use to get a latte and an espresso every morning after work for the wife and I. One morning I was told no espresso because the clerk didn’t know how to use it. Wow. Thanks. I bought myself a machine to make my own at easily half the cost.

So my son and I went there because the reviews here seemed good, BUT, the girl there didn’t greet us nicely, told me to use the kiosk when she had no line and no one else was in there, the donuts ere all piled together so you couldn’t tell which donut was which, the donuts looked dried out, I was gonna get a coffee but changed my mind because the girl coughed all over her hand while it was gloved and then didn’t offer me the receipt after I paid! She was NASTY and had a terrible demeanor, even my son said he would never eat there! Idk if she was racist or just disgruntled but she should not be working there, it’s probably her family’s store or something, her service was shocking. Sad. I just left there like a half hour ago so today is 2/28/24 go there if u want to but it’s gross.

I went here on the way to school and ordered through the driveway. The order came out fast so I tipped 12 dollars because I was in a rush and was happy for the fast service. When I got to school to eat my food I noticed there was no bacon in my wake up wrap which bothered me but not too much because mistakes happen. The most gross thing was my donut. I got a strawberry frosted donut and when I grabbed the donut it was squished with black hair all over it. I have blonde hair. So, it wasn’t that you guys have fast service, you just rush and throw anything in the bag. 0/10.
