Everytime I grab food from here it’s always something, I asked for no ice today and all of a sudden it’s mandatory for them to add ice when every single other time I can request no ice and I won’t receive any ice, they literally put about 6 pieces of ice just to prove they’re point, either people need to start doing their job the right way so customers aren’t confused or they need to stop making they own rules!!

I order from Dunkin everyday and spend a lot of money on Dunkin as I love coffee and drink atleast 3 a day and Dunkin has always been my go to I am a Dunkin fan all the way! But I must say this location does not pay attention to orders! Today I sent my husband to go pick up my walk in order as I couldn’t go grab it myself and when he got back to the house with my order I realized right away it’s wrong! I ordered 2 Large iced coffees and a large cold brew with sweet cold foam. The stickers on all 3 cups had the correct order but I guess they don’t pay attention to their job enough to actually read to know what they are suppose to be making because I instead received 3 iced coffees which made me mad because everyone knows it’s about 2 dollars more for a cold brew with the foam. So not only was my order incorrect but I technically got ripped off for my money! I usually don’t complain but they also have messed up my coffee previous times as well where it won’t have any liquid sugar and I have to dump it out and not drink it I am tired of my money going to waste because they can’t take a moment to read what they are making and make sure it’s correct! My husband doesn’t know the difference so it’s not like he can tell when he picks my order up regardless of that it should be the correct order he shouldn’t have to worry and it’s pointless to drive back because we live a good 15 minutes away!

My coworker and I use to go to this location a few times a week as our morning routine. My drink was made wrong more times than made right. We decided to start going to another location. Today I decided to go to this location because they had brownie batter swirl. I rerouted and went out of my way to give this location another shot. Once I got my order and was on the road I tasted my drink, to my disappointment my order was wrong. My co-worker got lucky, her drink was made correctly. Same order just a different size.

Good staff, it gets busy but they are efficient. Ordering with the app to go is a good way to be in and out. And you get rewards with the app.

Perfect location for you if you enjoy slow service, rude staff, and getting incomplete/inaccurate orders after waiting a significant length of time. The curbside is especially terrible, as you are very likely to get a huge attitude. Going to the window for curbside us apparently a huge inconvenience to the employees. I’ve had a handful of positive experiences, but overwhelmingly negative. I keep going back in hopes that there is a staff change or some sort of customer service training, as it is the only location in a drivable distance. Fingers crossed that they get their act together, but not holding my breath.

Cashier was so rude to me this morning, they need new workers seems like all the young ladies they hire there have bad attitudes. Never going back to it. If I can give it do stars I sure would.

the employees here work so incredibly hard and are so kind. they always have smiles on their faces and it makes the experience so much better!!! these ladies deserve a raise!

First time stopping here and I will never be back. I placed a curbside order on the app and when I pulled up to the window, all 4 employees stood at the counter just staring at us sitting at the window. We had to put our window down to even get one of them to come over. She asked if we needed something, um yeah, our order? With absolutely nobody else in the store, she said “did you order curbside?” I said yeah, it’s under Savannah. She looked at me like I had six heads, then grabbed my bag, showed it to the other employees and brought it over. I said thank you, and she just shut the window and walked away. Then proceeded to stand with the other 3 ladies, laughing and staring at us as we drove off. Extremely unprofessional and they should get an actual manager to maybe train these employees on how to do their job.
