We ordered two coffees, two sandwiches, and a bacon topped avocado toast. When we pulled up to the drive thru window, the employee seemed quite tired and eventually handed us the coffees and said have a nice day! So we reminded her that we had ordered food as well. She went back and seemed to hastily slap together the sandwiches (the bread and filings were barely aligned) and then gave us the BACON TOPPED avocado toast BUT FORGOT THE BACON. You know, the thing we were charged extra for. Also, the avocado paste was so thinly smeared on that you could barely taste it, but this isn’t a problem exclusive to this location. Unfortunately we didn’t notice the bacon was missing till after we pulled out and opened the box, since every other Dunkin I’ve been to has always added the bacon. The lady did seem somewhat apologetic but overall they need to put in some effort if they want to match other locations.

Over 10 dollars for medium coffees that are not only half full, but not made correctly. I live right next door otherwise I’d never go back. Not once have I gone and gotten consistent results, that’s on quality, speed of service and customer service. This particular location gives Dunkin a bad name. I don’t believe anyone was trained and if they were it’s not consistent across the board. I’ve been up since 430a and have been having a terrible morning. I was looking forward to a nice hot coffee to bring back some happiness to my morning only to be pushed over the edge – DO BETTER. I attached towo pictures of the half assed coffee I got from this location and a 3rd from a Dunkin that actually knows what they’re doing

I waited for my order for 20 minutes, even though my friend and I were the only customers there. The woman who served us didn’t mention that the coffee machine for lattes wasn’t working. She didn’t give me my latte but still charged me for it. When I asked where my coffee was, I was told that the coffee machine wasn’t working. However, another girl who worked there ended up making the coffee I ordered. Huge thanks to her!

I was here 9:03 am Friday morning, I ordered a black pepper bacon sandwich and there were only two tiny pieces of bacon on it. Every time I come to this location I’m disappointed. This place must need new management or source of direction for those making the orders people are paying MONEY for.

Sign clearly says open 5am – 6pm. Arrived at 6am and the front doors were locked. A few weeks later, I revisit again. 6:30am and the front doors weee locked. There is no excuse for this. You’re either open or you’re not. Avoid this location.

While I placed a mobile order and was able to just walk in and after a short wait, got my order. But they were super rude to other people that were in line at the counter. There was a man who was loudly saying “excuse me, are you going to just continue to ignore us” , which they did for the entire time. He finally got even more angry and got even louder, then instead of vocally responding, they still ignored him but pointed to a Kiosk to place his order. This is a Dunkin I only visit when I am in the area for work, but Dunkin’s coffee isn’t even that great, I will skip this Dunkin in the future. Super rude employees.

Service is great but only when my order is correct. Placing a mobile app order seemingly makes it difficult for them to fully read the instructions. Direct example; a regular or even “lightly” toasted bagel becomes overdone and rock solid, additionally “no whipped cream” goes unread. The employees are sweet and patient, but please read the instructions on mobile app orders, then a 5 star review is well deserved. Thanks!
