I go to Dunkin’ Donuts daily for the same order. Yesterday I had to go back for my coffee and today I received the wrong donuts. The guy at the speaker is always rushing and I constantly have to repeat things to him. I went back to get the right donuts and he immediately started blaming me saying I need to speak up I talk to low. Mind you if I needed to speak up fine but you should have said that when I was ordering and never assumed what you heard. Either way I needed my son’s donuts replaced. I got to the window and he was still trying to argue with me. At this point I’m frustrated I slam the items on the counter and ask for my money back. He said don’t slam things I told him to just give me my money and he refused. I was going to leave but I decided to go inside he was still arguing blaming me and I didn’t get my money or the items as they have the original items back including my coffee. I have him on recording and I plan to file a lawsuit as he humiliated me not obese but twice a in front of employees and customers. I attempted to call police but the 911 operator was rude I was frustrate and was already running late to get my child ready for school a few towns over. I never received my money back for the items they have back and I called to get corporates number but it wasn’t provided to me.

Was literally give an entire order of uncooked bacon when I ordered some snack bacon for my daughter. Absolutely disgusting plus my daughters upset that I wouldn’t let her eat anything.

On Friday February 6th @0755 am. I entered this establishment and observed a male Indian (slim in nature) scruffy beard wearing a maroon jacket who is an employee there wearing clear dirty plastic gloves taking cash money and giving change and using the same dirty gloves to pick donuts from the rack and sell them to customers .Folks put down your phones and observe these employees . This guy didn’t have the care in the world . I kindly asked him to use the paper napkin to select mines. This guy looks totally dirty . Never going back there again

The young woman that works the drive-thru here is extremely rude and condescending. There is an extreme language barrier here and after repeating my coffee order three different times, and confirming, they still made the wrong order. When I mentioned at the window that my order was still wrong the young woman yelled at me and said “OH SO NOW YOU WANT TO CHANGE IT A FOURTH TIME!”
I ended up just driving off as I’m not spending $4 bucks on an incorrect cup of coffee. I don’t know why it’s hard to understand two creams and one sugar with french vanilla, but the rudeness of the staff told me I could not trust them to not mess with my order. Skip this location.

Do you like being ignored even though there is a worker right in front of you? Then this location is for you! I visited the store on 11/9/25 as I wanted to get donuts for my family that I was visiting in the area. Walked in, the kiosk was down. Stood at the counter and could see the employees were busy with the drive through. Finally an employee came up to the counter, only to remove order tickets from the printer…no eye contact, didn’t even say “someone will be right with you”. My family warned me of this location…now I know why.

I get trying to keep efficiency as a primary concern, but I had to ask to order another item because they kept telling me the total trying to push me through. This unfortunate rush was doubled when I received my sandwich and the cheese wasn’t even melted on it. YUCK! I’m not getting sick because they can’t properly warm* their food. And yes, the picture shows how the sandwich was thrown together. Go down the road to the next Dunkin and save yourself the disappointment here.

I won’t be coming back to this location! The customer service is terrible. My son and I waited for over 10 minutes without so much as a greeting. I understand being busy, but it only takes a second to say, “We’ll be right with you.” When I finally got their attention, they looked annoyed and told me it would be at least another five minutes before anyone could help us. We left and won’t return!

I generally use the drive through at this location. While their food and drink is generally the same as any other location, their poor service takes so much away from the experience. The person who runs the drive pretty much barks at you. If you don’t say your order quick enough he yells at you. There is no room to ask questions and because of this, I often get the wrong item. Even when paying, the cashier is miserable. They NEVER say thank you. I’m done with is location!

Passed through the drive through pretty darn fast here the other day. Got a hot machiato with extra expresso and pumpkin spice. And a sausage egg and cheese croissant. It was pretty good. God bless!
