Dunkin Donuts is so disappointing compared to what it used to be. This location like many in the area, has an extreme language barrier and the staff act like it’s your fault. I constantly have to repeat my order at this location and still it’s frequently wrong.
Today I ordered a breakfast sandwich on a croissant and received a completely different breakfast wake up wrap. The staff rung up the order completely wrong and insisted that this was what I ordered, they refused to refund me and refused to remake it. I had to pay for their mistake which is atrocious customer service. They kept showing me the receipt they had rung up wrong.
After trying a number of Dunkins in the area and experiencing staff that constantly have a language barrier, I think I’m just going to go back to making coffee at home. I’m tired of the staff acting like it’s my fault that they can’t comprehend “hot coffee, cream and sugar”. Or that cutting a breakfast sandwich in half is a super foreign concept.

I’ve been going to Dunkin’ regularly for maybe 15 years and have had good and bad experiences (of course it’s going to vary by location), but this was the first bad experience I felt was worth reviewing. Bagel was stale, cream cheese was globbed on and somehow totally melted even though I opened it immediately, and my simple iced coffee (flavor + milk) was awful. The guy handing me my stuff didn’t say a single word to me. Just do better….

Worst Dunkin experience ever. The lady with visibly dirty nails kept touching the grabbing tissue and straightening it to grab multiple items with the same one on all sides! She never switched out the grabbing tissue.
The blue berry muffin was obviously at least a day old if not more. Extremely hard, chewy brittle and tasted like cardboard. Instantly threw it all in garbage. Will NEVER be going there or ordering from them again. Please do better!

Worst Dunkin Ive ever visited. Zero personality, I ordered a everyrhing bagel the cream cheese was little to none and taste sour, the older gentleman at the window literally tossed my bag at me ..no thank you, have a good day..kiss my a$$ nothing. Ive gone inside before also on 2 occasions and same rude , zero personality. Watery cold brew taste like bad ice coffee also. If your looking for a Dunkin pass this one and go to the next one down some more they give great service

I like getting bagels from Dunkin donuts, but this location consistently has ridiculously stale bagels. I just ordered one and I can’t eat the top. It might as well be a toasted bagel rock. Sorry for the negative review. The service here is usually very nice, but this bagel is inedible and has happened one too many times.
