I use the app and it’s pretty easy to order items. One thing though, if you don’t know the area, it’s kinda hard to know which Dunkin to go to. The app needs to show you relation-distance together.

Was buying from here regularly, almost daily, out of convenience, and would just silently take the rude and miserable customer service. Not anymore. Will drive further out to a different Dunkin, or Wawa from up the street so that I won’t have to encounter such rude workers anymore.

This is often on my route for my job, and I come in for my drink, iced oat milk matcha latte with 5 hazelnut and less ice. And I’ve recently found that some DD, they skimp on the hazelnut. Not here. This DD actually gave me a decent amount of hazelnut. They mixed the matcha well, too, which is NOT common! They’re really friendly, and it has a nice-sized parking lot. I love this DD.

The one Indian guy that works here is absolutely rude. I never like leaving bad reviews but this guy is so mean. I don’t know if he has a thing against Muslims or if he’s just like that but this is absurd.
On a side note, last time I came here, I ordered the cold chocolate milk, which comes with whip cream, but he wouldn’t put any and asked that I payed extra. When I told him it said it came with whip cream online, he started to get angry and kept saying we don’t know anything and blabbering stuff.

The Plumsteasville Dunkin Donuts is a nice store with decent customer service. The 1 thing I can say about them is that the owners (or managers, not sure which) are attentive and jump in to keep lines moving and orders filled. I would’ve given them 5 stars but their selection of donuts and muffins are always slim. How can you run out of blueberry muffins or Boston Cream? In spite of that, I do recommend them.

This location is inside the AMERA (formerly BP) gas station on the corner of Business RT202 and County Line Road. I’d recommend stopping in as the staff are very efficient in getting your order out quickly and accurately. When ordering in person, the staff typically verify your order and have so far had a very genuine attitude to them that I really appreciate where they take the time to greet you and ensure things are correct.
