One of my favorite Dunkins. I love how they make their drinks consistant which is a big deal for me bc I try a dunkin place once if they dont make it good, I just dont go back to that place. I don’t feel I need to tell them to actually make it like the paper recipe calls. We all know when a drink is made in a stingy way.
So this Dunkin makes it the right way and that is why I am their customer.

Placed a large order for takeout in the mobile app. They were able to fulfill the order on-time and correctly. It was a quick and easy pickup process. Location was clean and the inside had plenty of room if you wanted to dine in.

The women are usually nice that serve, however the order is often wrong. I don’t know if they just aren’t listening or they have an issue with their radio headset but if you don’t repeat things multiple times and then double-check what’s on the monitor, something is bound to be wrong. Today I specifically asked for a hot coffee with cream and flavoring and I got only flavoring. This is probably the fourth time they have just not added milk or cream. Not sure if it’s a supply issue or a layout issue but you would think they would ask to double check! There’s one woman that specifically doesn’t seem to understand, and will continue to hand you the wrong thing as you are explaining it is wrong period

This is an amazing Dunkin. The Quakertown Dunkin should close… always outta everything… poor management… This place is great though… very friendly and always hot coffee… refreshers are awesome and their tea is really good too… This is a good Dunkin

Drinks were great & employees were very nice. However, the bathrooms and backrooms of the Dunkin were unkept. The bathroom, especially, needed tending to.

Repeat customer of this location, mostly for convenience. In my last 3 visits to this location, there has been some issue with my order or service. Today, I went inside and literally stood at the counter for 5 minutes (9:10-9:15) without any acknowledgment and I walked out. Last time my donuts were picked with extra force “damaging” them. While I personally don’t care for beauty of the donut, my clients and customers do when they think I poked holes in them. I understand places are short staffed and I extend additional patience to businesses for this reason but there are limits. I’ll give them another chance but I may just start going to the Wawa across the street if this keeps up
