This was the worst experience ever I went there for a signature, craze latte, and the espresso tasted like it’s been old and when I went inside to get a new one, I saw them have espresso already made it in a little tin and just use that to make my drink again… And then I asked for a plain bagel double toasted with butter they didn’t even toast the bagel and slap butter on top of it, which was cold and then don’t get me started with the snack and bacon. It was old. Doesn’t even look like the picture online and it tasted like old bacon after my drink was messed up. I didn’t even bother going back to fix the rest because when I went in there to tell them about my drink, all they did was laugh and talked about the espresso being the problem the whole time and then they still had the nerve to give me old espresso
