Very unprofessional staff but it was kinda funny , the girl who was preparing food
refuse give me the order ( DoorDash delivery) cause she just didn’t want it to. I had to call my customer, after the customer called the manager and only after that they give me my order. It took me 20 min for 1 coffee and two donuts. Well done , great staff and great job. It was 03/26/2025 10:30

Last week, the old woman gives me a fake $10 back after I paid with a real $20.
Today, I gave it another chance & planned to pay with exact .. however, same lady handed me hashbrowns with hair in it. Not sure my 2 year old deserves that but solid.
I used to go often and tip whomever made my coffee but I’m good. 0 stars.

Ight. Enough of the BS fake ratings. My coworker just came into work and told me he ordered a hot coffee. They handed it to him and the lid wasn’t on completely had BOILING HOT COFFEE SPILT ON HIM. He told me he asked for a new coffee and lid and the person at the drive thru said “no. Keep it moving.” whoever worked the drive thru?? Awful. Needs to be fired. Didn’t even ask if he was ok. Now my coworker worker is in my office with an ice pack in his hand bc he was burned!

The Boston cream donuts were fresh and delicious. Today I just happen to be going by and I pulled in for a quick donut. That’s all I had though today. Not much atmosphere in there. There’s not even chairs at the tables and you know the all the stuff that you you generally have out for people to put in their coffee isn’t anywhere to be found, so make sure you order your coffee at the counter the way you want it the first time around! . Please keep in mind that the store is in Norristown not in a particularly great spot either. Norristown kind of has its own set of rules with stuff like this like the no chairs and stuff for your coffee and whatever else because all that kind of stuff ran out the door faster than the donuts!!

The girls that have been working and running this store never open on time never have anything ready or prepared by time they open up and are rude. There’s 1 older lady who works here and she is the only one who seems to care about her job and tries to pick up the slack of the younger ones. I drive here from 30 minutes away because some of the times the bengals are great but as far as service sucks. There’s always people waiting outside and end up leaving because of them not opening when they are supposed to so your store loses a lot of business and gives this store a bad reputation
