Ordered 2 coffees and an avocado toast w/ bacon. Pay, get my drinks and food, pull forward, no bacon on the toast. Ok, I’ll go back around. I explain there’s no bacon even though I paid for bacon, the apologize and take my toast back from me to the kitchen (after I drove around the store, seemed weird they wouldn’t just make another), and add literally the least amount of bacon possible. It was like half a slice, undercooked.
People were nice enough, coffee was fine, food was ridiculous. $5.19 for this toast. What are we doing??

Located in uwchlan Ave between Exton and Downingtown, this Dunkin got small.parking space, but a drive-through to get your food. The service was duper slow on my visit. The staff was friendly. They do have indoor and outdoor seating.

We were there today and went inside. There were only two young ladies working. They were working hard, I give them a lot of credit. Our drinks were delicious. Despite a drive through line and counter line.

Lazy and uncultured employees. Was on phone with my wife she made an order and I could hear the guy taking the order asking her why she ordered what she ordered. That’s very unnecessary learn to do the job and mind your business. There are other ways to engage a customer politely

Is this place closing down? Two teenagers working, but too busy chatting on their own rather than actively helping. Bakery shelves empty with a cart in the middle. Digital display outdated still showing the specials from last spring. The app lets you order items that they don’t have in stock. Really sad for a busy intersection

Love everything about this location but my favorite is the cappuccino blast when I was living in a hotel up there due to the hurricane this was def my daily stop for a cappuccino blast and the drive thru girls were absolutely amazing and always cheerful

Me and my wife went here for some iced coffee. I did a mobile order on the app and was very pleased with the process. I chose the option to pickup inside. When I got to the front door it was locked. Thankfully we fit through the drive through and were able to get our drinks that way. The coffee was good and hit the spot perfectly.
