They have the best Frozen coffee around. Every Dunkin Donuts is not created equal, this location should train all local locations asap! Also, the male manager(maybe owner) that works every morning is awesome! so is all the staff I come in contact with everyday, all of them friendly. I love this location, it is now my favorite .

This location is gross if you’re an iced coffee drinker. I’ve stopped by here twice and both times my iced coffee tasted like it came from a dirty tank. It was not drinkable and I had to toss the entire thing in the garbage. It’s unfortunate, because picking up coffee is a treat when you can make it at home.

I’ve been coming to this D&D for years. It’s been great other than the new girl that works the drive through window. When I tell her to keep a dollar she says “ok” and not thank you. And when I thank her for my coffee she says “yep”. Maybe I’m old fashioned, but I think people should say thank you and you’re welcome. I’ll still continue to go because they’re great.

I will never visit this location ever again. Came here today and ordered a large pumpkin spiced latte. I opened the cup and noticed it was only filled 2/3 of the way. So I asked the cashier who made my latte why this is not filled and she proceeds to give me an attitude about it. She argues it is a signature latte, but fails to explain why the cup is only filled 2/3 of the way. I’ve ordered mediums before and the cup is almost filled to the top. I felt like I was being cheapskate on. One of the men working in the back who also takes orders up front said he would make me a new one. Boy, I should’ve just kept what I had because he put so much sugar in it that it was inedible. I watched him put over 6 pumps of pumpkin flavor in the cup. So you’re trying to give me diabetes? Meanwhile, the girl that original rung me up is talking about me to all her coworkers because she’s annoyed. Listen, you don’t do that in front of a customer. Take it to the back room out of sight and vent if you have to. I saw you whispering and looking at me. I wasn’t bored yesterday. I worked in the food and hospitality industry for over 5 years. I get it that you need a little bit of drama in your life and this is the perfect place to find some. I was being real patient and wasn’t being a Karen. I was genuinely curious why my cup wasn’t filled. I had just ordered a large pumpkin spice latte from here the day before and it wasn’t anything like I was served today.
This experience encouraged me to invest in a latte machine and start making my own. In other countries, this kind of behavior wouldn’t even be a thing. People in other countries such as Japan genuinely want to ensure you have the best experience. If you’re dissatisfied they won’t go spitting in your food or making a scene in front of customers.

I love matcha latte and I ordered consistently to Dunkin near my place.
So far, they got 2 orders out of 10 orders made wrong to iced latte (coffee). I’ve asked (through app) for less ice and out of 5 times, only ONCE it was filled with less ice.
Small size was 4 sips and was gone
I starting to doubt they made it almond milk when I order through app as apparently “less ice” means ice to the rim.

The sign says this Dunkin closes at 8:00 pm on Thursday. But when I got here at 7:10 pm on that day, the doors were closed and blocked off. The staff refused to acknowledge us. Overall very unprofessional.

Just received one of the worst iced coffees I’ve ever had. Dark roast with trefoils girl scout flavor, light ice, cream and sugar was what I ordered. It was a lot of water, very little coffee, very little flavor, and a complete waste of money. I asked them to fix it and they did, but it was no better whatsoever the second time. I should have just asked for my money back, or asked to go behind the counter and make it myself. We go to a Dunkin several times a week, but we will never return to this location. I suggest finding a nearby store and go to that one instead.
