Excellent coffee, just the thing in the morning to set the mood for a good day. 3 stars because it is very dirty and the staff does not want to fix it, I understand that a lot of people come to you from the islands and from the village, but you need to maintain good condition!

I visit this location about 4-5 times per week. Typically with a large order for the sales staff at my job. Friendly staff and quick service despite being a busy location in the morning. I deducted a star because of one employee who refuses to make my coffee the way I order it. Every single time I order it and get back to work and taste my coffee, it’s not right and the sticker on my cup reads nothing like what I ordered. Only for my coffee. Apparently she thinks I use too much creamer, I guess. Aside from that, no complaints

Food was good and fresh as was the coffee. Gentleman at the counter was not polite nor rude, just was uninterested and coughed without covering his mouth several times. There was a man mopping the floor that continually made us move while we ordered, waited and then sat down to eat which was very annoying. The restaurant was clean.

I was driving through the area and needed to stop for a restroom, water and some iced coffee. I was surprised with how clean this location was. Not just that, but the customer service was great. I placed my order on this screen and the person who worked there called my name and asked if I needed anything else. Just a really kind interaction.

As my husband was placing our extensive order, the man stated “can you hurry, there’s a long line”. That was very unprofessional. It wasn’t like we were asking questions, we were literally ordering multiple items for a family of 4. Not to mention my drink was incorrect once we got up to the line. I will not be returning, do not to visit this location unless you want to be rushed and get incorrect items.

This store location has poor customer service. I Entered the store and requested a $6 meal deal with sausage eggs cheese croissant instead of the bacon. I was informed they only honored the bacon croissant so I instead opted to order just the sandwich instead of the meal deal. However the cashier continued to try ringing me up for a hash brown and coffee along with the sandwich but I had to let him know 3 times that I ONLY wanted the sandwich since I couldn’t get meal deal as requested. Along with this I also ordered an Avocado toast with bacon.They instead gave me an order of a cold bacon croissant sandwich with cold cheese and avocado toast without bacon. I returned to the store and requesting a return for the toast being my son opted to still eat his sandwich, I was then returned a few for just Avocado toast which I informed the return was 2 different charges the initial receipt charged for bacon I didn’t get and she was returning to me a fee without a bacon charge. She proceeded to tell me the transaction charged a fee for card transactions she couldn’t give back. However that had nothing to do with the dollar amount difference of which I was charged. The fee with bacon was $4.89 and what she proceeded to return to me was $3.89. She then turns to the tip jar and take out a quarter from it to give to me as the proper payment instead of arguing I asked for a manager which they did not want to have come out. I left letting them know I would call corporate and as I left was told not to come back to the store as to say it was a problem I had and created for the inconvenience. The staff here is very unfriendly and ignorant of cashiering practices

I got my order wrong, my husband ordered a plain cheese egg bagel, and they added sausage,,I don’t eat pork, so they should be listening orders right!! It’s second time they did this to us, never gonna visit this place again!!
