Just had a very lovely experience with all four employees on duty at Ft Washington. I was having trouble explaining my order and the cashier was very patient, proactively offering to help me, bypassing the kiosk. The employees seem to enjoy their work, joking around together. The employees repeated back my order to ensure that each element was as I ordered (size, milk type, hot/cold etc.), and they worked together efficiently and effectively, offering a drink carrier when my hands were clearly full. The best location of my many nearby options, consistent in product quality and service for many years

This location has gone downhill and seems to be under new ownership. For starters, their phone is disconnected so when there’s a problem, you can’t even speak to anyone. They probably did this on purpose. Multiple times I’ve ordered an iced latte drink on the app and when I get there, they don’t have it and they tell me to contact Dunkin instead of just providing a refund back to my Dunkin rewards app like other locations do. I find it odd they don’t remove certain items from the online order menu for their specific location if they’re out of it. I’ve ordered the bacon wake up wraps twice in the last month and they either didn’t put bacon on it or they put sausage instead. Last week, my order wasn’t fully cooked and the hash browns were cold at 6AM, despite me ordering minutes before arriving. Really disappointed because I used to like this location. Dunkin customer service isn’t much help, they forward my concerns to the franchise owner but the new owner doesn’t even reach out.

Service is phenomenal. Staff Chris and Debbie are on point and very helpful. They make sure that the service is right and will do anything to please the customers the owner is happy and fortunate to have a crew like them. First time here, I usually go to Starbucks and they were super fast with drive thru. Drive thru staff was friendly and patient. My drink was absolutely awful though. It tasted very watered down and I didn’t taste any dragon fruit . Won’t be ordering the “strawberry dragonfruit” drink again.

Good sized Dunkin’ location. We ordered a pickup order for the drive thru and it was ready quickly. We ordered a sandwich with sausage but it had bacon on it instead and they forgot our munchkins when they gave us our order so we had to park and go inside but the coffee and food were both good!

I just started coming to this Dunkin because my office changed locations and this is close to work. I must say, the service here is by far the best I have had at ANY Dunkin. I will wait and drive an hour to work and pass many other Dunkin’s just to visit this one because of how amazing the drive through staff is. They smile, laugh, joke with you early in the morning and it’s a great start to my day. As a hiring manager in customer service, I want to selfishly steal their employees. You guys are the absolute best. Keep making a difference, because although it may seem like “just coffee” I’m sure there are many like me who look forward to seeing you each day.
