This place sucks so bad. The line wasn’t even that long, and took longer than anything I’ve ever experienced in my life. I hate this place. Go to the fort washing Dunkin instead. The 5 minute difference in drive will save you 20 minutes of waiting, and you won’t lose 20 years of your life mentally. This place sucks.

They have two large kiosks in their front lobby for customers to place orders, which are confusing as H€LL, and neither one of them was working…h?uh …I was told that I had to go through the drive through in order to get a cup of coffee. Why would anyone, (especially someone trying to get to work on time), want to wait in a long drive through line just to get a cup of coffee? I’m so glad the Wawa down the street still has actual people (at actual cash registers) to take orders from their customers, because I see no need to waste my precious time stopping in this Dunkin’ Donuts any more!

Just left this Dunkin, the drive thru was long so we decided to go in. There was three workers. When we came into the store nobody greeted us, we waited about 3 to 5 mins. Still nobody said anything. We were just standing there. We left and went to wawa. Which we should have did in the first place. Will not go back to this Dunkin again.

This location has toasted my bagels maybe once out of the many times I’ve been there – it looks and feels like they microwave it or something, so the bagels are almost always rubbery, which I’ve never experienced at any other location.
Some of the workers here are super nice and diligent but some of them barely know how to speak or communicate properly. It is truly a gamble whether your order will be right or not.

When I drove into the drive thru, there were no cars. The worker did not attend to me through the speaker until a few minutes later and had no customer service skills at all! She did not tell me what my total was instead she asked in an irritated voice, “anything else?” I pulled up to the window and o one came to the window for payment instead they stood around and spoke amongst each other for about 7 mins. She finally came to give me my food and charge me ; no greeting or apology for the wait. I looked at my food once I parked and saw black grinds all over my wake up wrap. My cold brew tasted like it’s was 30% iced coffee and 70% water with sugar. Disgusting and disrespectful group of people; you don’t like your job find another! I will not be coming here again – what a waste of money!

I usually order a decaf Dunkin’ Latte because I haven’t had caffeine in years, but today I received a regular espresso latte by mistake. I didn’t notice until after finishing the drink, and it made me feel shaky, lightheaded, and unwell. For someone who specifically orders decaf, this kind of mix-up can have a big impact. Please be more careful when preparing decaf orders — accuracy is really important for customers who cannot tolerate caffeine. Also I want to mention the men who attend me was kind of rude and impatient.

The service is fast an over kid-friendly. I was just there and they said they get fresh donuts delivered every day from New Jersey. They people and manager are very nice. On multiple occasions, I have gotten free donuts because they had too many or just because they are super nice. Overall great service and food. Then again is their such thing as a bad donut!

Trash location and incompetent staff. DO NOT go on weekends if at all. They are consistently slow and don’t know what they’re doing , so whoever is manager here is doing the place zero favors.

The lady that took my order in the drive through was rude and messed up my order then blamed me for the getting the order wrong.I wanted one hot and one iced latte. I received two iced lattes which is not what I said but was told I did not say hot! Wheo I asked for a large caramel latte with whipped cream and she told me that it was a signature latte and when I received it it had other stuff on top that I did not ask for and again she blamed me for the mixup! I understand that places are really Struggling getting staff but it does not mean that customers should have to deal with rude employees!!!! I will never go to this location again!!!!
