This Dunkin location in Brookhaven has very professional staff members that have great customer service skills. The food pick up times at this store are really fast and reasonable. For me, ordering a breakfast sandwich on a bagel is always a problem at Dunkin because their bagels are so much bigger than the rest of the meat and eggs in the sandwich. Feels like a bread breakfast sandwich. I’ve stopped ordering breakfast sandwiches at all Dunkin locations,not just this one. For the staff, Keep up the good work on low food check times

Everything is hit or miss these days but this is gross. I asked my son why he didn’t eat the last one of his pancake minis and he said there’s a bite mark in it. What?!? Sure enough there are burn marks around an obvious bite, like it was taste tested – which is totally fine – but then put back on the griddle and then in the pile to give to customers. Totally NOT fine. This place backs up into the street and you have angry people coming in via the exit to park. I’ll stick to another location for now. They’ve never had burn marks before like it was cooked twice like this one had.

The order was breakfast meal 7:30 am on a third Thursday in May. The croissant was over cooked and the coffee tasted old. I know prices are going up but keep your food and drinks up to date. Or give the customers a discount on old stuff. Full price for over cooked food is not good business.
