This is by far my favorite Dunkin’ Donuts to go to. It’s a little bit further than some of the other locations but it’s worth the drive. I showed up early around 6:30am and they were staffed and working. The drive through lady is always very nice and pleasant and my order is always right. Never an issue here.

Food is fast and good consistently which isn’t guaranteed at every Dunkin. The woman who took my order. I think she had red hair and glasses was great. I had multiple gift certificates that could be annoying to have to use, but she was very cool about it. I greatly appreciated that

I would give 0 stars if I could! If you’re going to close early do to a little snow than please turn off your mobile ordering! I am a Healthcare worker and don’t get that choice. Anyway, I placed an order thru the mobile app. I drove up to the drive thru and find out the store is closed. Very frustrating!

Robin and her team are the best! They know our orders by heart, and the orders are always perfectly prepared. My son picked me up an iced coffee and I nearly choked on a piece of clear piece of plastic that came through the straw. It looks like a piece of gasket from a lid of a yeti cup, Discusting!!! Now a waste of 5.00 ! Wish I could post photos of the large chunk of plastic ! Super angry with this store!

I usually go to this Dunkin because they are usually nice and the food is good. However, the service I received today was horrible. There’s a girl that works the drive through, she wears glasses and is extremely rude. I’ve never had an issue with this Dunkin until recently. What I don’t understand is that if you do not like working customer service, and you do not like dealing with people then don’t work there honey.

I love this Dunkin’, everyone is friendly and they never get my order wrong. Only thing I wish is that they’d stop giving me a full cup of ice when I put less ice in my order. I’ve only gotten less ice a handful of times and I’m there almost every day
