I am a Dunkin lover. It is all that we drink.That being said, today I ordered a small latte (low foam) and a regular coffee. Both were so weak, they tasted like just water. When I patiently explained to the young woman and young man there, they began to make excuses. Being a Dunkin customer for over thirty years, I knew that their excuses were invalid; things like “decaf is always weaker” or lattes have more milk .” I will never go back to that Dunkin. Had they offered to remake it or showed some acknowledgment, the outcome would have been better.
Also, unrelated, the store itself was not as clean and well maintained as I have experienced elsewhere.

i’m not from around here and live in Philly so you can imagine how many terrible dunkin experiences I’ve come across. This was by far the best Dunkin experience I’ve literally ever had. I ordered on the app and it was literally ready in minutes. I legit order the same thing every dunkin run: Vanilla almond milk iced coffe, sausage egg and cheese, and hashbrowns. I could immediately tell they don’t use old oil for the hashbrowns. They were perfectly crispy and didn’t leave a bad taste in my mouth. the sandwich was hot and not even a little burnt, and the coffee was the perfect amount of sweetness.

I like this Dunkin because they open early. The donuts seem smaller than they used to be but that’s not particular to this one. They have a nice little area with tables by the windows where I sat and enjoyed my coffee.

I went in while it was pretty busy and was still able to receive incredibly above and beyond service! My server, John, was extremely generous while effectively dealing with the crowd. Despite the traffic, I was treated with my best Dunkin experience yet. I am beyond satisfied with this location because of one person!
