Stopped by Dunkin’ this afternoon. I’ve neglected them and felt bad. I got a Cappuccino and 5 donut holes (less guilt). I was pleasantly surprised with the Cappuccino. It was good without being high octane. Just right. Their prices are decent too. With so many choices of coffee shops I strayed away from plain old Dunkin. The newer shops are usually higher priced too. The inside of Dunkin is reminiscent of 70-80s style decor and it’s a nice place to be. There are computer tables and WiFi is a available. They offer a wide variety of breakfast and lunch items. Come back and sit a spell.

give you EXPIRED coffee and tea. worst Dunkin I ever have been to , I never go here anymore because they are always super rude and the staff on the weekends is so irresponsible. I went this morning for a refresher and within a minute of pulling off turned around because my drink nearly made me throw up. I pull back into the drive thru line for them to tell me they gave me expired tea , and laughed in my face about it. I told them I will be reporting this and they said “you can try” with a laugh again. You guys should not be in business you can get somebody seriously sick giving them expired COFFEE and TEA! on the phone with corporate as we speak.

The doors are locked yet I place a mobile order for walk-in. Now I have to wait in the drive-thru with 9 cars and I need to get to a meeting. In the future please turn off the walk-in feature then I will choose another Dunkin. I asked for a manager so I could talk to them for a few minutes and no manager was to be found.

I ordered a frozen coffee and they clearly didn’t make it the correct way. I watched them prepare it and they didn’t us the ice machine/frozen coffee machine to do it.

I was just there and they did not give me my change. I tried to call and the phone number is not on service! I paid $10.25 for a $4.23 large iced mocha coffee and they did not give me my change!

This place has never made my coffee right. I ordered an iced coffee with two creams and sweetened caramel, and they gave me what looks like 5 creams with unsweetened caramel. It’s the nastiest coffee I’ve ever had.
I went to the Dunkin in English village a few hours later to get a new coffee and LOOK AT THE DIFFERENCE. The coffee on the right is perfectly made. Go there instead 🙂
Edit: editing my review to give 4/5 stars bc I think they changed staff and my coffee’s been perfectly made every time!

I had an extremely poor experience at your drive-thru on Tuesday at 9:30 a.m. After ordering online with my gift card, I waited for my frozen drink, sandwich, and iced water. The staff member seemed unaware of my order and:
1. Didn’t have my frozen drink, offering iced instead (which I declined).
2. Refused to provide a refund, directing me to do it online.
3. Reluctantly gave me the iced coffee after I insisted.
4. Didn’t know I had ordered food until I asked.
5. Forgot my iced water and straw.
The staff member was rude, shutting the window multiple times and even saying ‘hurry up and go!’ with a dismissive gesture. I’m extremely dissatisfied with this experience.

Went to grab coffee and food at 5:00pm. Store said it was open, when i walked up in the pouring rain they literally LOCKED the door in my face….in the…pouring…rain…at 5:00pm…. I walked in the rain when the store said open. So be aware, this store closes at the most unexpected times.
