I came to this Dunkin’ around 12:40 PM and didn’t leave until 1:07 PM. I had a walk-in online order and only needed to pick it up and purchase two gift cards.
There was a customer ahead of me with a large hot chocolate order and add-ons, which I understand. The associate was clearly busy. However, I was completely ignored until all drive-through orders were finished, even though those cars arrived after me. I could see them at the window.
Standing inside for over 20 minutes without acknowledgment is unacceptable. The helper was also no help at all and didn’t even know how to properly close a donut box and put the wrong donuts in my order.
To make matters worse, the paid gift cards were mixed in with unpaid ones, and I had to figure out myself which cards were mine and already paid for. That should never happen.
I used to like this location and always preferred it over the Doylestown one. Not anymore. This experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing.

The drive thru woman was extremely rude and I got the egg bites which I get from another Dunkin and like them. The ones they gave me look weird, were like rubber and tasted very strange, I couldn’t even swallow them.

If you prefer your coffees on the sweeter side, make sure to sip your drink before pulling away to make sure they actually put the flavors and sweeteners in your drink! The amount of times I’ve gotten a drink that they clearly didn’t put ANY of the requested flavors or sweeteners in is astonishing. Nobody seems to care what they’re doing at this location. Not only would I not recommend but I might actively discourage. This location sucks!

A person that can’t have regular coffee and always asked to get decaf and the employees always get it wrong, then I have to go back!! When you go back and complain they do not like it! So then get it right and pay attention !!! Sevice is horrible!

I go to this DD often. Everything always tastes great and is consistent (an issue I have with Starbucks, where drinks aren’t always made the same – not a major problem to me, but I know some people rely on consistency). I’ve used both the drive through and gone inside to pick up, and both through mobile ordering or through ordering at the store. They are always so fast and everyone I’ve interacted with is so friendly and lovely. The only negative I can think of is that it can be difficult to turn left once you’re leaving if there is traffic, but the visibility is clear and traffic isn’t usually bad.

They never give you what you ask for, as someone who knows people who can’t handle caffeine they ALWAYS manage to give you regular coffee instead of decaf. They interrupt you while you order and all have awful attitude.

This is a very consistent Dunkin. Everything always seems fresh and the service is usually great. The parking lot is a death trap though and the drive thru often backs up in to Butler Pk so you can get in if you want to go to the lobby but that’s not really their fault. That said, it is the only reason it’s not 5 stars. If it’s not backed up it’s worth the stop. Solid and clean Dunkin!

Completely messed up our large mobile order. When contacted to let them know that literally half of the donuts and items were incorrect, I was told by the owner “that’s not my problem. You will need to bring them all back and I’ll just give you your money back”. So we wasted over an hour over going back and forth, kids went without their Sunday special breakfast, and we will not be returning to this location. Once we got there to return the incorrect items, the owner continued to argue with us for over 20 minutes before finally giving us our money back. Be aware, the owner stated they regularly will substitute items you order without letting you know and it’s not his problem for that either. Also, he placed the donuts we returned back for sale? Pretty sure that is unsafe for other customers. Poor service here and an unapologetic staff.
