What happened to this place? First, the new lighting is Horrible. Its an eyesore on the little town street. The light on the outdoor sign is completely unnecessary, and blinding driving through the intersection. Second, the lighting in the store is so bright, its painful. I cant even go inside without getting a headache. I feel bad for the employees. We used to sit and have coffee, but no more. Its like a warehouse now. We go to our local shop instead.

I was at this location about a min ago and the store seem to be very unclean, various tables as well as the front counter. I waited about 10 min before someone took my order. As I was waiting for my order a blond young lady who I think was a supervisor was going off at employees as it was very unprofessional to handle the situation the way she did in front of customers. She was very loud saying well we’re gonna handle this right now as she went and told an employee come on right now let’s go and proceeded to the back. I think the way she handled the situation was very embarrassing for the employee and as customers we should not had to have heard all that ruckus as it should have been handled in a better way. I’m probably not gonna come back to this location after this experience as I did not like it one bit!!

Stopped by to grab food and coffee for my team, we work at Starbucks across the street. workers proceeded to complain loudly behind the counter about us being in the store that if they “didn’t hate Starbucks before they do now”. i just wanted my coffee, didn’t need opinions or negative attitude! I waited 35 minutes in the drive through line, I WISH I was exaggerating!!! I would have left if I did not prepay on the app. My sandwich croissant was soggy. I asked to speak to a manger to ask if they were aware drive thru lines are 35minute+ wait. I got answered with attitude being told there’s nothing they can do and had 3 call outs. It looked like there were at least 7 other employees in the back. They were struggling to get around each other in the kitchen, you can see all this through the drive in window. At least she offered a free donut so I took it lol.

The vibe was off at this Dunkin. I’m not sure if it was the area, but it made us feel uncomfortable enough that we ordered and left, when we had initially planned on sitting and having our drinks. When we received our order I thanked the girl who made it and said, “have a great day!” Her reply was, “I’ll try” or “I’m trying”…just off. Anyway, the drinks were not good and watery, but I didn’t say anything- we just took them and left. Maybe it was an off day for the team.

My husband and I stopped today for a holiday coffee. They are literally out of everything. I wanted a signature cookie butter cloud latte they were out. He wanted a mocha mint coffee they were out. He switched to the shaking espresso. He said I tasted like a regular house coffee. He flipped out. I personally go to dunkin every morning with my coworkers he only goes twice a year for holiday or vacation. He is so upset over the experience. They were so slow. Waited 10 plus mins to order. Waited10 mins at the window for the coffees to be handed out. When husband went in they didn’t even have bags for food hand out he observed them being out of munchkins out of cookies and muffin over all unbelievable terrible service terrible management definitely disappointed.

The employees were very nasty. Especially the old lady. They refused to help any customers that are standing, they make them stand at the front by register waiting, the don’t even offer to help. Their backs are always turned. I watched a lady from the time I walked in to when I left, they never helped her. I had to help her and I don’t even work for the company. Dunkin on MAIN DO BETTER!

This dunkin and the one in Eynon are the 2 worst drive thrus I’ve ever seen. 4 cars in front of you and you’ll wait for over 15 minutes in a stand still line. If someone places a big or confusing order, how about having them pull over to the side or something? This has been going on since covid at both of these places and they still can’t figure it out? I only stop when my wife wants an iced coffee. Rediculus
