The food and beverage here is never consistent. All I get ever get is the $6 deal. I’m not sure how hard it is to read a label, but ingredients are never right. Never. With the photo provided, I promise you, this does not have cream at all. Or anything for that matter. It’s just a plain iced coffee. I get this establishment is busy, but this one is worse than Sheetz in terms of inaccuracy, which is telling as Sheetz is getting slammed at all hours of the day and known for inaccuracy. If staff can never consistently make orders as customers order, it’s explicable as to why people go to Moosic instead.

I love this Dunkin’ Donuts, the staff is great and know my orders by heart. They offer prompt service and quality food quickly and with a smile. The only flaw I notice is the overall terrible foresight in regards to the location, when they actually built structure. The Dunkin’ Donuts shares a parking lot with the Family Dollar Store. It can be a tight squeeze sometimes, but the service is almost always very prompt and accurate. So both the inside and drive through lines move very rapidly. Overall i love my local Duncan!

I ordered two Egg & Cheese on Croissant on the app, and picked it up in the drive-thru less than 10 minutes later. When I got home, the sandwiches were Egg & Cheese in a Wrap. The app clearly stated Croissant, and the sticker on the bag said Croissant.
I didn’t go all the way back to get the order corrected — I just ate what I was given. It was such a disappointing breakfast though as Dunkin’ croissants are typically delicious. When I arrived, the place was not busy at all — I was the only car in the drive-thru at the time, which is rare for this location. If the reason I was given wraps was because they were out of croissants, then they should have asked at the time of pick-up if a wrap was a suitable substitution for me. I would have preferred a bagel, a biscuit, or an English muffin if any of those options were offered to me.

i’m almost positive every single time i’ve went here the hashbrowns have always tasted like chemicals and barely cooked. my sandwich is always cold cheese is never even melted. i’ve went here about 4 times and every time i think that maybe it was just a mistake, nope that’s just how they make their food i guess.

Wait time is crazy long. I should not have to wait a half hour for a cup of coffee. What is wrong with this place . Yet drive-thru Gets priority over customers that are standing in line. Smh .. It’s cold out side and air conditioner on full blast. People walking out cause orders are not right. Order the bacon egg and cheese on a bagel they forgot the egg.

Terrible!!! Order breakfast sandwiches, hash browns, and ice coffee. Paid then was told to pull around to the door and someone would bring the food out. The employee walked over to the car and as soon as she handed us the bags i could smell something bad. The food was terrible the crossant was hard. I didn’t even eat one hash brown because as soon as I put it in my mouth I had to open my car door and spit it out it was so bad!!! Will never go there again!!

Every time you order, something will be wrong with at least 1 of your drinks. Half the time they’re out of something you want so you settle for something else just for that to also be wrong and it’s never something easy to forget like an extra pump of flavor it’ll be the main ingredient in the drink how does someone just forget to add espresso to a shaken espresso it makes no sense. Either save your and time or take the 5 minute drive and go to the drive through only in south side.

If I could give them a zero I would! Never again will I order from you! I ordered one day before, paid for my items for a Children’s Christmas Party, when I arrived they offered me 7 donuts instead of the 26 I ordered. Don’t count on this place for anything important, they simply don’t care.

I’ve gone to this location countless times over the years and finally decided to leave a review. My order is wrong 95% of the time whether it’s busy or I’m the only one in the drive-thru. When I am the only one in the drive-thru they sometimes ask me to pull around to the doors which makes no sense and also makes me get in the way of customers that might come through. Either no flavoring in my coffee or wrong cheese (i don’t even ask for a different cheese because it’s usually american which i what i want and they give me the white cheddar) I’ve gotten the wrong meat or the wrong bread and food is cold and hashbrowns are always rock hard. You can tell the food isnt freshly cooked most of the time. I never order anything complicated…..Just sandwiches as they are advertised and a coffee with 1 flavoring and milk.

A staple of Americana . Staff was helpful, understood my coffee lingo , service was quick and product was up to spec as usual.
I needed a hot coffee inside the lingo 4 & 4 and they understood me perfectly.
