Came in both rolls men toilet paper empty. Ordered $5 meal on kiosk and left tip. Selected no egg on wrap. Hash browns and coffee I left default. Justin employee after I did not get hash brown told me “I have to select it” and “ a lot of customers do that I’ll give it this time.” Now I did not opt out of any part of the $5 meal. You have to honor the deal legally regardless. I spoke to Shelly the manager on and she said okay. The software issue seems intentional to short people on the go. Using software as an excuse doesn’t void the offer. Hopefully next time it will be resolved before consumer protection catches on.

Supposed to be free coffee day. Pull up order large unsweetened ice tea and ice coffee for free coffee….girl says you have to order coffee we just did told us again we have to order coffee….said forget it. Get to window told her the coffee was for free coffee…. Said again we have to order we just did …. ice coffee then tells us price and gives us the ice tea and then hands us a HOT coffee. So we ended up with a HOT Coffee. Wasn’t going to waste anymore time. As least we didn’t pay for it. all I can say is WOW WOW so proud of your workers.

My main concern is for the cold brews I get and that they constantly put these large stickers over the hole where you put your straw and it’s impossible to pull the sticker off without the residue and I’m finding the residue inside my drinks. I love this Dunkin typically but I’m getting really tired of finding the stickers layered over the top of the coffee lid and I don’t even get why cause the sticker on the sides of the cup are sufficient with details of my order. I wish they’d change this because I’m going to have to go to a different Dunkin.

Girl that took order was rude . Wouldn’t let me add sugar to my wife’s latte told me it was made with milk .” No shit It is latte obviously its made with milk.” Then my coffee was made wrong . And they both taste let soap . Obviously nobody knows how to clean coffee pots properly.

I ordered a small frozen hot chocolate, it was $5. It taste really watered down. The people that work there just give a bad vibe to the place and the girl at the window was really rude, yelling and when I tried to play she kept moving the machine so I couldnt tap, and also was pushing the machine in my face to tip them. NOT GOING BACK AGAIN!!!

Brand new store, great location. Outside is one of the nicest Dunkin I have seen, easy access for handicapped, large wide sidewalk and entrance area. Two doors to come in and out of, convenient for busy times. Large seating area, beautifully decorated. Kiosk to buy Dunkin items such as travel mugs, inner tubes shaped as a donut, coffee, etc. Large windows for plenty of sunlight and people watching. If you sit at the bar, you get a straight view of people leaning their butts on window. We had to move because one lady must have had an underwear malfunction and had her hand way down her pants. Butt seriously, don’t let that stop you for coming here, it’s an awesome place, and the show is free.

I never mind waiting. I work in customer service, I understand when things get busy. However, when I pull up to the window to see employees just playing on their phones, that ticks me off. AND I asked kindly for no ice and no whipped cream. I had both ice and whipped cream. Sent them back, the coffee was given back with ice. I would have sent if back again if waiting for 20 minutes didn’t push my schedule. Worst dunkin location by far.

I am a regular at this location and have been for about a year. Overall they are a pretty nice bunch of people who keep south Scranton fed. At times they are slow but usually this can be explained away by the big business they handle. I removed 2 stars from their rating for 2 different reasons.
1) When ordering bagels they are burnt about 25% of the time. I have mentioned this to them and corporate but it has not improved. I now check them before I leave for burns.
2) the pickup area is often full of items without a great system for “calling” people. Because of the public fears from COVID I do not want to touch others drinks or food but it is often the only way to find your own food.

Chaos at its finest is the best way to explain my experience at this dunkin donuts on moosic st. Scranton,Pa. Orders were wrong and no one told us our order was even ready.it was sitting on counter for 5 min .. I asked for my order and then had to pour my own expresso shots into my ice coffee. Which were in another small cup on the side. After this I noticed half your employees were on there phones not paying attention to us or what they are supposed to be doing . I guess it all boils down to your management. You’ll might want to check into a remedy for th8s store. Sincerely William J May
