I never am the type to leave reviews but I just wanted to say the lady who did my drink today was so so so unprofessional she rolled her eyes at me and my sister when we asked a question about the lattes, she then ignored us and walked away someone else helped us she was very very sweet! the girl who walked away continued to just sit there and roll her eyes make angry faces/disgusted faces with us pointing at my sister to her coworker, first of all she was miserable i wanted to know her name so i could put it on here, she was MISERABLE and HATED her job, second of all you are in a kid environment, i was very disappointed with this place, that girl should get in TROUBLE.

0 stars if I could. The worst coffee I have ever had. They didn’t even fill my cup up. The doughnuts were double the regular price. They don’t use the app so you don’t get credit for your expensive order. They don’t have dome lids so ordering whip cream is a hassle. I had to squish the whip cream to get a flat lid on the cup. We added the hotel sugar and creamer to the coffee that already had extra sugar and cream and it was still disgusting. I’m glad this isn’t my regular Dunkin.

Horrible service again this year. Waited 33 minutes for a coffee. Meanwhile others that ordered received their food and drinks before me. At 30 min I asked a lady Michelle for help as I waited 30 minutes. She gave me a hand signal as wait then went off to make more drinks. Dont expect good service here. Sad for being in a resort like this. This also isn’t the first time it’s happened.

Horrible service. They don’t call your order or name then ignore you when you ask how do you know which bag is yours. The workers should look for a new job if they don’t like theirs half them are miserable with nasty work attitude and the other are too busy joking with each other to actually do their job and put a donut in a bag

I came to great Wolfe lodge with my family. In the morning I decided to get my wife and I coffee and my kids donuts from dunkin. Busy vacation spot there was a long line, I’m ok with that. My problem with this dunkin was the fact I ordered an ice coffee and a frozen coffee. My ice coffee was ready in no time considering the line but my frozen coffee was no where to be seen. After about 15 minutes waiting for my other coffee I asked the lady making drinks that I’m still missing a frozen coffee. She said “ we are behind on drinks”. I noticed people that ordered after me getting all their drinks the difference being they were either hot or iced. My frozen coffee was still unmade sitting next to the machine. More time goes by more coffees are given out but mine. I tracked down a manager and got a refund. The problem with this Dunkin and why they were behind is because they made the easiest orders first no matter when they came in. They didn’t fully complete any order, they made the easiest item and handed it out ignoring harder orders

Not a true Dunkin. No DD app or mobile pay. Also no basics like almond milk. Prices are outrageous. I understand a little increase for being on site, but a small hot coffee is $2.49, the same coffee 1.6 miles down the road at DD is $1.69. So make the short drive and support the local franchise. ALSO the open and close times are just suggestions. Got there at 8 pm and they were already closed, locked up and long gone.

Feels like they process customers at half the rate of a normal DD, possibly due to a good percentage of orders being somehow wrong when they call out the customer’s name for pickup. It definitely seems to be more on the order prepping side than the order taking side. And they haven’t accepted the mobile app for over a year while sporting a sign saying “at this time” as if it were a temporary problem. I guess when no one stays here more than a few days they think they can get away with deceptive signage.

We got Dunkin’s TWICE. Both times our orders were messed up. The last time we didn’t get a coffee & didn’t know until we had already left. There’s no options to edit your drinks, some drinks they only have one option. The latte machine was broken. Overall a horrible experience. The employees don’t care and are too lazy to take orders so they send everyone to the kiosks.

The staff absolutely does not care to help you. I ordered my food and about 5 minutes later someone finally made it. The staff made it wrong and didn’t seem to care. I asked for itto be fixed as I realized it was wrong right away. The staff member just walked away. Finally after asking for help another staff member finally fixed my one drink. My other drink was wrong as well. The staff takes no pride. They are not nice or courteous. It really is a shame because I spent a bunch of money and itwas wrong and gross.
