This is the worst experience i’ve ever had in fast food. They got my order completely wrong even tho i spent 10 minutes specifying my order.They got one thing right on the receipt and I didnt even get it. The food was digusting and the coffee was so watery. They wouldn’t give me my money back but after 10 minutes of going back and forth they finally did. The majority of the employees speak broken english and it’s almost incomprehensible and they don’t understand what i’m saying. Never again!!!

Cheerful staff, great coffee and the food was fresh. I wish they had a wider selection of donuts, maple glazed is my favorite.

A place where employees won’t serve every customer. They close at 10 pm. If yo show up to order anything 5, 10, 20 minutes before 10pm you will be happily greeted with a “we are closed”. First impressions = won’t come here again.

Trash trash trash every time i come here no matter the flavor i get or how much cream and sugar i get it just taste like black coffee without fail how do you make a brown sugar coffee with sweet cold foam still taste black? Not to mention over 12 bucks for 2 SMALL coffees and mine was packed to the top with ice the amount in the picture was only from 2 small sips the coffee was done in less than 8 sips. But i guess im to blame for never learning to not come to this dunkin. Milford dunkin is a hassle going in due to no drive through but well worth it never ever have i had bad service from that one and the drinks r always great so it is worth the lack of convenience of a drive through go to milford is my advice.

HORRIBLE they just dumped all the peppermint in my mocha Latte at the BOTTOM and I went back at the end of the day to try again and they put so much peppermint!! And my bagel just had a DUMP of butter on it!!!

Yesterday June 6, 2024 I was served spoiled cold foam on my Iced macchiato it was undrinkable & looked like cottage cheese ! DISGUSTING. Not to mention they forgot to add it when giving it to me I had to ask a 2nd time and this is what I was served ! What a waste of $!

I’d rate this a 0 star if I could. Every time I go to this location, there’s always a drive thru line backed up onto the road, and the have the inside closed. Your order is almost never right. I was told that everything was in the bag, half my order was missing. When you ask for cream cheese bagel, they put hardly any on. I got hash browns one time and they gave me frozen ones. I will not be going here no more. They need to hire new people who work accordingly. Every time I came here, everyone is standing around talking and gossiping. One chick even touched her face and hair then tried handing me my food. This place is gross.

Most of the time I have a good experience at this D&D. But today I had a bad experience. There is a sign that was still up for selected $2 sandwiches with a purchase of Beverage. I asked before I completed my order if the deal was still going on and I was given the expression that it was. When I got to the window I end up paying $6.44. Plus my croissant sandwich was actually burnt and not edible when I got home where I was planning on eating it.
