Continuously give this location a chance over and over. Bunch of kids who absolutely don’t care about anything. Walk in and the “manager” is sitting down on his phone. Made a mobile order to find out they were out of certain ingredients, fine. Asked for a replacement, fine. Couldn’t get the food we wanted and then asked for a refund. No one is worried about customers in the store they only are worried about what’s going on at the drive thru. It’s dirty and employees are walking around making balloons out of rubber gloves. Just save yourself the hassle and go to the one in effort!!

Drive thru was busy and cars were wrapped around the building, so we went inside and used the kiosk. We love the bags of pepper bacon; it’s sweet!. Also enjoyed the everything bagel bites stuffed with cream cheese.

The new thing out of this fine establishment is to lie and say the machines are broke for certain types of coffee. The one girl told me the machine was broke so i asked for a refund but she couldn’t do it because it was a mobile order. So she just made the hot latte after blatantly lying that the machine was broke …lol so awkward. So i came there a week later, and Anthony said the machine is broke and cant make it as well, So either they’re just liars and don’t want to make a hot latte for you or they’re all incompetent.

Ordered a bagel, lightly toasted and cut in half with cream cheese, and this is what I got. It was SORT of cut in half too. Can’t really tell from the pic though. My drink was also not right. I couldn’t turn around and go back through the drive thru cause I was on my way to college and I’d be late for my class if I did. Tried calling and nothing. I tried calling for THREE DAYS and never had a single person pick up the phone. Almost every time I go through they screw something up and I never complain. But this is the last straw. I’m done with this location.

The line is too long. Wrapped around the parking lot. Waste of time. They don’t heat up the snack and bacon so the bacon is soggy. However if you ask for it ask for the bacon to be heated.

If I could give this place no stars, I would. Its Wednesday at 7pm. Went through drive thru and the nasty punks they call their staff were as miserable as ever. They once again got our order wrong, as they consistently do. They have no regard for their customers and no skills in customer service. They lost this customer for good.

Cold sandwich, burnt bacon and cheese. No napkins.4pn on a Saturday and yet nothing was fresh. Never mind that they charge $10 for the sandwich and a small chai latte. I literally only went there because of the construction traffic on 209. First and last visit to this place.

On April 30th I went to Dunkin’ donuts in broadsville. I ordered a dozen donuts 3 different other kinds of drinks one being a hot chocolate. It was disgusting it tasted like dirty water. No chocolate taste at all the donuts were separated into 2 bags 1 being a Maple ice one that got all over the other donuts I had company. It was embarrassing I really wish this Dunkin’ donuts would. Do better customer service.

I just came out of Brick and Mortar after spending 23bucks. Among several items I ordered I also asked for snacking Bacon @3.00 an order n what they gave me was 1small decrepid pce of bacon about 2″L by 1/2″ W. That is ridiculous. So I called them n guess what?… Phone is just Busy signal. What a BS deal. Definitely NOT Happy

It’s Dunkin, you know what to expect. Some times it is great, some times it is burnt. One day they are quick, the next day they take forever. It’s always expensive.
