Ever since they renovated this spot the services has been horrible. Everyday In the morning the drive thru line has you wait to 15-20 mins because they simply just don’t want to work and purposely take their time when they see the lines are long. They screw up on my orders everytime. There a reason why ppl who work at fast food get paid minimum wage. They can’t even get simply food orders right and have an unprofessional attitude and expect a raise for incompetence.

UNMELTED CHEESE.
They chronically do NOT melt the cheese. Why is my grilled cheese unmelted. Its not a grilled cheese at that point. Its just warm bread with cold cheese. I have to check all of my orders to see if they melted the cheese before i leave because i cant trust itll he melted. Its unmelted way too much.

Everytime I order from this establishment they never fulfill my order fully or properly. Ask for extra egg and cheese on a bacon egg and cheese bagel with white cheddar, received no extras and American cheese(yuck). Get to the order speaker, you can barely hear them speak, and did not mention that they didn’t have the donuts I ordered. Get to the window they give me my coffees, the incorrect food and tell me “have a nice day!” I had to ask “where’s my donuts?” “What did you get?”
These items are clearly printed out for the employees and they can’t even get the order right. The reading comprehension of the employees at this establishment is astounding. Don’t order here, you’ll be wasting your time and money.

After multiple emails sent to the general manager Stephen Ward, notes left for the store manager “Peter”, and emails sent to customer service regarding this business location I am writing a review on the BBB. This location gave me gray moldy eggs on a sandwich and I have tried to get in contact with someone to resolve this issue for almost 2 months now. They ignore their customers. I have multiple emails that have zero response from anyone at the company. I have photos of the eggs and all I was originally looking for was compensation for the SANDWICH that could’ve killed me. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION UNLESS YOU WANT TO HAVE YOUR HEALTH THREATENED.

i find it annoying they ask for a tip at the drive through, especially if the person taking the order isn’t even nice or friendly. Working a drive through is not really a service you generally get tipped for. At least smile and say something nice if you want a tip

Hi, I went through the drive through to get my drink.. It was made wrong, had to turn around, drive back, saw a young man outside, taking food to a car.So I said, excuse me, could you please fix my drink?He mumbled something really nasty, like i’m just doing food and walked away from me.So I wasn’t happy by the time I entered the store.. So now when you bring something back, you’re a karen, not, you guys making it wrong.I’m a karen because I had to get out of my car come back in.Have that young man talk to me like i’m a piece of crap where’s the manager during this whole scene?I would think hiding in the back… So let’s just think about this.If my drink was made right?The first time I would have never entered your store.And we would have never had a problem problem problem.Solved, I don’t need to go to dunkin’ donuts every day.I need to save my money and not get called to karen.. We stopped by late at night on our way back to the hotel,at Great Wolf Lodge.We went through the drive thru and the staff there were very friendly, helpful and polite.Will definitely visit ,once I’m in that area.The mocha ice coffee tasted great,the way I like it light and sweet.The donuts was good also.You should drop by once your in that area because the service was excellent.

Ordered Uber Eats when my order got here it says right on the cup hot tea and they give me coffee. Employees are ignorant and slow

The service was great and Amanda was great. I love that they finally allow you to swipe your card at the drive thru this way you’re able to leave a tip.
