One of the better DD in Allentown. Could be cleaner tables and chairs. 5 stars. Avacado toast was crispy and the Blueberry muffin warmed and had so much flavor. Coffee was the perfect temperature for the size and right amount of cream, no sugar. Definitely tell there up to date changing the filters.

I’m giving this Dunkin’ Donuts a solid ⭐⭐⭐⭐ because it’s honestly one of the more reliable and consistent locations I’ve visited. The coffee was fresh, the order was made correctly, and everything came out pretty quickly even though they were a bit busy when I stopped in. The staff was friendly and moved the line along without making anyone feel rushed, which I always appreciate.
The donuts were soft and tasted like they were made recently—not dry or old like some places. My breakfast sandwich was warm, cooked well, and didn’t fall apart. The store was fairly clean, including the tables and the pickup area, which made the experience even better.
The only small reason it’s not a full five stars is because the drive-thru wait was a little longer than expected, but overall the service and food made up for it. If you’re looking for good coffee, quick breakfast, and dependable quality, this Dunkin’ definitely delivers.

The guy on Jan 30th 2026 was an Indian guy with the rest of his family that owns this place was making nasty looks about having to wait on me thinking I could not see him rolling his eyes and making rude faces. He then looked like he was making a mockery of me. I felt very uncomfortable unwelcomed and if its not American owned im not going. Then he refused to hand me a recipt? And won’t allow me to tap my own debit card.

I had a terrible experience at this location. When I politely asked for my coffee to be remade, instead of helping, the staff questioned me and gave me rude looks. Three employees essentially ganged up on me at the drive-through, insisting that “this is how it comes” instead of simply fixing the order. Then, they told me to come inside—even though I clearly had three small children in the car, including babies. At that point, I did not feel comfortable or trust them to remake my coffees, so I drove away. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing.

I work on the road so eating on the road healthly can be tough. My fave healthy item on the DD’s menu is avocado & bacon toast. It should be prepared the same at all DD’s. When I arrived my mobile order was not at the mobile station. When I asked about it the gentleman at checkout was very Curt. As if I did not know what I was talking about (he was the only one there to ask). Not a pleasant experience and now I have to sit here In my rig and eat burnt toast and old avocado. On second thought .. I will go somewhere else and buy another.

Their prices are significantly higher than other DDs in the area and they don’t have anything. I asked for ten munchkins (half chocolate, half pumpkin). When I got to the window, they handed me a cup with random munchkins and told me that’s all they had. I asked for a spider donut instead. They gave me an orange glazed donut with a chocolate munchkin in the middle (no design) and told me it was a spider donut. For $2.50. No thanks. I won’t be back.

I ordered iced coffee with EXTRA CREAM AND SUGAR and I got BLACK COFFEE WITH MINIMAL SUGAR.
I also got HALF a bag of tattertos. Like bro, yall might as well close and let some actual good food be made by people who understand that im not gonna waste my money here if your gonna be cheap with your ingredient. Would not recommend and it’s obvious why theres never cars here, these dude suck.
