I’ve been coming to this location for well over 10 years and recently the service and quality has seriously declined. 2 weeks ago I waited a pretty long time in the drive thru and was given a coffee that tasted like it was made with ocean water. Yesterday, the person serving the drive thru didn’t say anything to me at all and I received a cold brew that was made with stale coffee. Tried one last time today. The drive up line was really long at 12:15 pm so I went inside. I stood there at the counter for a few minutes and was never acknowledged. The worker looked at me several times and didn’t even say hello or I’ll be with you in a minute. She just went back to what she was doing. There was no one working the counter. So I left. There’s plenty of other locations nearby. I won’t be back to this one after today. I’d recommend going to any of the others. They have much better service.

I am writing this review specifically about the consistently poor customer service and product issues at this location. Unfortunately, the staff’s demeanor is frequently rude, dismissive, and unprofessional.
Beyond the general lack of politeness, there’s a serious problem with product consistency. This is the only Dunkin’ location I’ve been to that insists they only offer chipotle sauce for the loaded hashbrowns, which is disappointing in itself.
To make matters worse, what I consistently receive is a tiny, quarter-sized amount of chipotle sauce, if any, drizzled on top of the hash browns and bacon. Keep in mind this item is expensive for what is received. When I politely asked staff members if they could be more considerate with the portion or simply add a normal amount, they immediately became very upset and defensive. This unacceptable reaction to a simple request shows a complete lack of customer care. This has happened many times and with other items as well.
The combination of consistently rude service and product shortfalls is a huge deterrent. Management needs to urgently focus on training both in basic customer service and in ensuring product consistency and reasonable portion sizes. I truly hope to see an improvement here.

I wanted a drink that is sold iced, but I wanted a hot coffee. So the lady offered a solution. I’m used to “sorry, nothing I can do”. She asked a few follow up questions to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. I love good customer service. And the price blessed my heart!

I absolutely love coming to this Dunkin! I’ve made friends with Yasvi, Guri & Akash! They are the reason I get excited each morning & obviously because of my iced Carmel craze latte, of course! Yasvi is so sweet & we’re like BFF’s now. She always greets me with a big smile & we chit chat everyday when I order my drink & while I wait for it to be made. I feel like family at this stage. They’re all so friendly & kind & really take the time to get to know you which always makes for a great experience. Thank you so much for being my go-to coffee shop these past few year. I will continue coming here for a very long time not just because of my Carmel craze but because of the friends I have made❤️I even got a custom made keychain to match my favorite drink lol

A young man named Aadil Khan served me, and I’m convinced he was sent directly by Dunkin HQ or possibly from heaven. He made my drink so fast I thought time paused, yet it was still perfect—like he whispered to the coffee beans personally. If you see Aadil on shift, consider it your lucky day.

Today I went in to get the “Sabrina Carpenter Daydream refresher” expecting my free Sabrina cup. I wasn’t handed one along with my Daydream Refresher so I went up to the counter and asked for the cup. I was greeted with a nice young Indian lady who helped me with getting the cup!!! The service was amazing and all the employees were so helpful!!! But when I had gotten home and drank almost half of my refresher I noticed a DEAD BUG floating in my drink so I was highly disappointed in that. Dunkin please reevaluate the food safety laws!!!

Just went in today Monday 19/2026 around 2pm to get my usual frenchvanilla matcha it tasted horrible and when I asked the girl that working nicely to redo it because it didn’t taste like anything it supposed to taste like she just decided to add more French vanilla which made the drink taste more horrible I get people having bad days but if I spend my hard work money on a drink that might be luxury for me the least the employer could do is to deliver the drink how is supposed to be done on top of that she had a horrible attitude when I was nothing but nice & just wanted my usual drink if you dont like your job go get another one it’s not fair for the customers to get shitty treatment & shitty drinks just because you’re unhappy with your life
