Stopped here because our usual Dunkin on Airport Road was closed due to a power outage. I ordered a BAGEL sandwich, a croissant Sandwich, munchkins and the $5 TWO WRAP deal and paid cash. The clerk couldn’t read my gift card.
They made me pull forward out of the line to wait for my food, gave me the bag and didn’t give me a chance to double check it.
We got to our destination and Spoiler Alert our food was wrong. Two croissant Sandwichs and only ONE wrap.

Besides the obvious ‘I order the same thing every time, yet am handed something slightly different each time’ nonsense, I always order a half coffee/half hot chocolate. Literally at every single dunkin I order this. But here, some days I get it and some days I don’t. Which blows my mind bc literally just make half of the cup coffee, then fill the rest with hot chocolate. No sugar, no milk, so easy. It’s not impossible, obviously, as sometimes I get it. So please tell me why the morning lady does it and the afternoon one says she can’t. Feels pretty lazy to me. And for the price we’re now charged for a basic coffee, I don’t think it should be that hard of a hassle. Do better

Usually fast easy service but today the lady at the window didn’t even tell me how much was my order I had to ask her like I worked there. Then I proceed to ask how much was it for the person behind me so I can go ahead and pay for them, she looked at me like she was confused like she was still asleep talking about huh ? Like I’m not speaking perfect English ! She had no clue what was going on ! Then I asked for my changed and specifically said I had to go she then proceeded to chat with her co worker taking her sweet time until I had to get Lou’s and let her know I had to leave !

This is an update to my existing review. This is the only Dunkin I’ve been to in several states Dunkins (NJ, NY, DE,MD, VA and PA ) that has my favorite FRENCH CRULLER DONUT. They make it themselves
That’s why they never discontinued it as all Dunkins I know.
I come to this Dunkin time to time, and have a good experience each time.
There is Drive-through
There is self order kiosk
Good sitting ares
Staff is very friendly
There are bathrooms
The only thing maybe it could be a little harder to get off the parking lot is because this Dunkin is located on a crossing very busy roads. There is a way around the building that helps safely get onto the road.

I was just in this Dunkin today 10/4/25 and me and my mom bought coffee and was trying to enjoy our drinks ! But we started hearing cursing ,yelling we looked around no one in the store but us and the workers they all were loud and cursing at each other one lady was cursing at an employee that just came in!it was so loud we thought they were gonna fight !!!we had to leave because that was very unprofessional! They need to remove these people !

Had the most rude cashier through the drive through today. Went to order my coffee tried to use my coupon app. Understood that it didn’t cover it. Besides that I had ordered a breakfast sandwich and was served this twice. Never getting food there again!

Can’t make a simple coffee correctly to save their lives. Paid for extra syrups and got literally no syrups at all. This happens all the time. Just go to another Dunkin branch

Worst Dunkin around. They don’t ever get the coffee correct. How hard is it to do extra cream and extra extra sugar? And hash browns are always either burnt or cold. Drive thru is slow.
