I have been a regular at this location for about fourteen years now and within those years every visit was great. The location is always very clean and organized, and the orders are always accurate. The staff has always been very nice.
I only wish they would go back to twenty four hours like the Dunkin donuts location down south.

I love this Dunkin. It’s not next to other stores, just standing there alone, but I love it the most. If I crave Dunkin and I have time I try to come to this coffee shop.
Very cozy, clean Dunkin. After renovation, it looks even more inviting and better.
Staff members are extremely nice and friendly. Today, I asked if 1 specific donut was available because I didn’t I see it on the display. I was told yes, and he gave it to me on the house. That made my day.

I ordered an iced coffee with extra pumpkin (understand you have to pay extra for more flavor shots). What I got was complete bitterness and I had asked if she put any sugar in it and she was like yeah,(the color was really really dark). I had asked her if she could add more sugar to it and you could see the color and taste did change it was still bitter. Usually I don’t go to this Dunkin’ but in was near where I was going. It’s the second time I had gone and I am not going here again. I don’t know if they changed management when they remodeled the place but the people here aren’t friendly either.

The donuts are always dry, and the glazed munchkins have hardly any glaze at all (extremely dry). I thought maybe it was an isolated incident but after the third time I never went back. Additionally, the staff at the drive-thru window all look like they’d been sucking on lemons. Not pleasant at all. I don’t recommend this location.

Horrible customer service. I had to stand at the register while 3 associates stood behind the counter after making eye contact and said nothing. It wasn’t until I asked the one associate was she ready that she then took my order. I’m tired of patronizing businesses that don’t respect me enough to be courteous and professional.

As a daily Dunkin’ goer, avoid this location. I was on vacation in the area and stopped here. The first day I got an iced latte. I had ordered it with mocha and coconut shots.
They gave me a hot latte instead. Which is fine, mistakes happen. They remade it. This time with no flavors. Made it a third time and it was very watered down. Whatever, I left
Go back the next day, different crew there. Same order. I also ask for a small water. Maybe I missed the memo , but a small water had always been free. They charged me $8.50 for the large iced latte and water. When I asked how much, he said “my apologizes I charged you twice for the water”. I asked if they charge for water, and he said yes. I told him to take it off. I paid for my iced latte.
He then returned to the window and said they are out of almond milk. Gave regular milk and still charged me for the almond milk

This Dunkin Donuts is extremely mediocre. The food is bland and sometimes cold but not terrible. Speaking of which, the coffee here tastes like dirty water – avoid it at all costs – that is if you don’t like dirty water in your mouth. Donuts are usually alright – but that is assuming they actually HAVE donuts in stock. As far as ambience inside the place, it’s a bit dirty and sparse but not a bad place be. In summation, that is exactly what this place is: not terrible, but by no means good.

I order donuts from the screen and then I went up to get my donuts and they didn’t have what i ordered and when I ask for the ones that i order they said this is what they got left I was upset and I said what u mean u don’t have what i order and then she said whatever on the table they got left and who knows how long they been sitting out for.
