I have been going to this Dunkin on and off for the last 6 years and their coffee has gotten worse every time. In the last 2 years I have gotten maybe a handful of good coffees. Whether it was caffeinated or decaf, it’s consistently tastes burnt, like the bottom of the pot, or watered down. I understand that this is a very busy location, but with the amount of people working at a time, they should be able to keep up on refilling their coffee. Also the amount of times that cream cheese is forgotten for a bagel, or utensils for a bagel or loaded hashbrowns. They made the inside order only through a kiosk or mobile order, but they do absolutely nothing for the drive thru that takes at least 20 minutes to get through. In my honest opinion, the drive thru should be mobile order only.

I was so excited to see a Dunkin just blocks away from my new job. I’ve stopped here twice on the way into work. 1 time with 15 minutes to spare, 1 time with 22 minutes to spare. Both times I ended up at work with less than 5 minutes after leaving Dunkin and I work in a building on Progress Ave literally a 5 minute walk and a 1 minute drive. Both times I ordered ahead on the app because at any other well functioning Dunkin that saves everyone time. Not here. The line is always wrapped around the building and moving at a snails pace or there is no line but still expect the same time frame. Both times my drink did not taste right and 1 of those times coffee grounds made it into my cookie butter cold brew. I’ll spend the extra money to go down the road to Press to get a drink made right and in a timely manner.

I’m pretty impressed with this Dunkin- as busy as they get in the morning , my order is always done quickly and correctly. The staff are friendly and the store is clean. My only wish is that the brownie batter donut was available year round 🙂

The atmosphere was great and I got this hella cute tumbler. The lady at the counter did her job well except she was talking to me like she was trying to rush me through my order. I was the only one in line inside (granted there were cars in the drive through). It’s the cutest Dunkin I’ve ever seen. Very clean and they had tin Dunkin Doughnuts flowers out front. 9/10 would go back.

Excellent service at this location. My coffee is made perfectly. The workers are pleasant and quick with making orders. It’s a well oiled machine. I always stop there coming from Harrisburg.

Went to go in a picked up a mobile order. Was easy to order on the app, the entire counter space is little cubbies for everyone’s orders. The staff still greets you when you walk in. And they mixed my refreshers really good.

They need to start taking orders at the counter! The line was back to the door and workers doing nothing just looking at everyone. Some people do not like using the kiosk or putting their card in it! Cash is better for a lot of us! Also bring back the white cream filled donuts!!

Sat at the drive through window for 5-10 minutes with no answer, 5 cars pulled up behind my boyfriend and I, we decided to pull around to the window and we told them we had a mobile order and we’ve been waiting at the window for 10 minutes now and the guy said we had to go back around and slammed the window on us. He then continued to claim that we drove right past the speaker. Didn’t even apologize, completely inappropriate.

Asked for a medium chai in a large cup with extra whipped cream. They told me know. Weird cause I used to be a manager at Dunkin and most franchisees just add a .25 up charge. Then gave me a cup not filled to the top for the medium I did pay for.
