Absolutely terrible experience; or lack thereof. I pulled in and headed inside. I wanted to look at the menu rather than going through drive-thru. I had an 8 hour drive home and figured I’d get a drink and food to hold me over. I walked in and stood at the cash for close to 5 minutes without any acknowledgement from any of the 4 (maybe 5) employees behind the counter. There weren’t any other customers wanting to place orders. Only one car in the drive-thru and mobile orders were being picked up. I have never ever had an experience like this at other businesses of the same nature. EVER. Zero greeting or facial expressions for that matter. Horrible. I spent my money elsewhere. Do better.

I placed an order at 10:00 for two croissant sandwiches, two frozen matcha drinks and a half dozen box of donuts. I waited an entire hour and still didn’t get my food. When I called the store, the woman who answered couldn’t have cared less. She hit me with “take it up with DoorDash” like she couldn’t be bothered to do her job, even after I told her the name on the order and how long I’d been sitting there waiting. The attitude was disrespectful, rude and honestly embarrassing on their part. I’ve never seen customer service this lazy in my 38 years. I don’t recommend ordering from this location on Saturday mornings unless you enjoy being ignored.

Most ridiculous place ever. We waited 1 hour for our food. Thank God my husband took the kid to school and then came back for me. So the kid goes to school without a decent breakfast. I had to get him a donut. This place is awful with customer service. The employees were very rude. And just to point out. The young polite child waiting for just a coffee that he ordered online waited an hour also. So we made conversation for the hour we were there. I will never go back there until they change the way they do things.

I’ve been getting from this location for the last 3 years and there is a huge decline in quality of drinks and donuts. The drinks are an inch short from the top, I get assorted munchkins and only recieve chocolate. I call them and I was told “that’s all we have right now, sorry.” I wouldn’t have gotten them if I would have known. Come on Dunkin step up your game.

Beware of the drive thru, it filters two lines into one. We found this out after waiting for 15 minutes. Decided to place a mobile order to make it go faster. We were wrong. We received drinks that were not full and cold under cooked bacon. Such a poor establishment. Reached out to the cooperate officer. So that they were also aware of the awful experience we had. Will be going to Starbucks moving forward.

Stopped with my kids before school like we often do. However the iced coffee I ordered was not what I got. Label was correct but was the worst tasting coffee ever. Had to dump two drinks. Ordered an everything bagel and got a burnt sesame seed bagel. So disappointing.
