Went to get a coffee through the drive-through and hit a pothole that was over a foot deep, causing us to get stuck and requiring a tow truck. No signage, indicating the drive-through was closed, no signage indicating there was a large deep pothole, we were the second vehicle in an hours timeframe that had to be towed out of there at our expense. No excuse for not having proper signage and warning signs

Was not a fan. Had hardly any donuts to choose from on the shelf with all my favorites out of stock as well as a few other things out of stock on the menu, I heard as they served customers through the drive-they. The facility was spacious but very underwhelming, somewhat of an abandoned feeling, would be rather eerily quiet if it weren’t for the loud employee’s banter. They were nice though.

Inly 2 tables were occupied when we came in. Interesting layout, not like other dunkins.
The coffee for my husband was cold. For me , it was a drinkable temperature.
After going to a batista to ask to warm me my husband’s coffee, he instantly replaced it with really hot coffee.

Terrible service. They close before the stated time. The staff hid and left at 7:02. I was left waiting, and they never served me, not even because I arrived before closing time.

So it seems like this place is hit or miss. Well my visit was a miss. I had the worse service and unprofessional staff work with me today. After buying a full dozen of donuts I asked if they had any more strawberry frosted in the back. The response was I have to use the ones in the front before using the ones in the back. Understanding the concept as I’ve worked in Food service for years. I asked if they had more as I needed a dozen. She walked away and never returned to assist me. So when another person who was also very rude to me came out. I politely asked for the manager. They lied and said he was on the phone (he was outside) hoping for me to leave. Then went 2 feet away from me to talk about me. I merely asked for a manager as I wanted to talk about the experience today. I moved closer to the girls and told them how impolite it was to talk about customers especially when all I did was ask to speak to a manager. The manager on duty wasn’t that helpful either. I hope corporate responds to my full experience survey as they need customer service training!

This morning I came through the drive thru to pick up my mobile order. I had ordered a 50 count of ASSORTED donut holes as well as a large and medium cold brew. When I pull up to the window they gave me 2 medium cold brew drinks, which then I had to correct them myself and ask for the Large coffee I paid for and ordered. The lady at the window gave me a dirty look and then proceeded to get my drink. When I get home with donuts holes I proceed to find more than half my box of doughnut holes are blue berry glazed. I understand food service isn’t the nicest to work in but DO NOT take that out on the customers. If you are going to do something DO IT RIGHT PLEASE OR GET A NEW JOB.

I ordered ahead on the app so I could swing in on my way to another job. The drive-through was extremely slow. Not due to customers taking long to order, but time spent waiting at the window. Honestly, the cold brew isn’t great, and the sweet foam lacks pazazz, but it was less than $5, and that is still almost $3 less than Starbucks! That’s where the 4 stares come in. Dunkin shines with there snacks.

My mom went inside to buy a hot coffee because the drive thru line was so long and the ppl working told her your not allowed to order inside you can only do online ordering. My mom said she doesn’t have the app so could she pay cash, they told her no, so she left with nothing

Please dont buy at this place, service is always the same BAD. Hot drinks are always cold i stop at this place multiple times and i let it go but no today. I ordered a capucicino. It was cold and no foam at all. Ordered a bagel toasted and it was hard as a rock. Please please train your employees better. Since the new ownership took over this place went to trash.
