So I order a frozen caramel coffee with whipped cream. They added 3 pumps of caramel, cream but no whipped cream. And for my mother which was with me she ordered an iced americano with cold foam and they forgot her cold foam twice. Now I would understand if it was a busy day but it was not there was one other customer and it was 12:54 pm on a Monday.

They are really nice and have great service here! If the hiring manager sees this Nicolette Ray Is really trying to get a job here by the way! But that’s not the reason for the good ranking the good ranking is because of genuine good service haha

Im a somewhat regular here and everytime the staff is incredibly sweet and efficient in getting my order to me correct and timely!! They make the best oatmilk and hazelnut iced coffee & brown sugar espressos. They also do a great job of making sure the donuts are fresh I’ve never gotten an overly stale one as I have at Sheetz and other dunkins. Thank you so much guys!! ☕
also PSA: I’ve never had any problems and I feel a lot of the people claiming they are rude just don’t know how to properly communicate or take a neutral tone as negative which is a personal problem. As someone from Lancaster you guys (York Yankees) expect too much of a performance for not even treating employees like humans. Treat others as you’d like to be treated!! Or lower your expectations lol.

For a place selling an overpriced cup of coffee you may want to be a little kinder to your patrons. We chose to leave our merchandise behind due to the unbelievable rudeness we received in the drive through. Train your staff!!! I didn’t expect to be dealing with the best and brightest, but seriously, you can’t take a coffee order without being rude?! Do you think it’s unreasonable to have some extra questions when your menu is in pieces on the ground? Were you in some kind of rush being we were the only car in the drive through? FFS good help isn’t that hard to find and I’d be looking if she was on my staff.

I go here because I like there coffee and for the most part the staff is friendly. The main reason is my dogs get excited to go and get a pup cups. However the last 2 days the same girl refuses to give them one. I order at the windows and am willing to pay for one. I’ll just go to the other queen street location and pay for them there

DO not due business here! On December 17 2025 Waited in the drive through for10 minutes The employee refused to accept U.S. Currency a $50 bill! I requested to speak to a manager OR someone in charge! Employee said there is no one in charge today! Called and left 2 message No one returned my calls Ridiculous ! Maple Dounts is right down the road with better a cheaper Dounts! Will be going there for now on@

Won’t ever be back! The bathroom was disgusting, the SMALL milkshake was over $8!!! For a SMALL! it was the worst milkshake I’ve had in my life too. It literally tasted like cookies and cream flavored milk. You couldn’t even tell there was ice cream in it and im pretty sure the milk was expired because it had a weird taste to it so hopefully we dont get sick!

Not happy. I ordered avocado toast NO BACON when I checked my order I immediately handed it back and informed I ordered no bacon (I don’t eat meat)the girl at the window took the box and came back shortly said my apologies. So I get back to work and realize it’s the same box same receipt on it so I take it I won’t be refunded the extra charge for bacon. Not only that there is small bacon pieces on my toast you can literally see the dents where the bacon was smh -__- that’s cross contamination you can’t just pick pieces off and hand it to someone you can cause serious damage to someone NOT HAPPY.

Love Dunkin, always have, always will but this location is the worst in the area. This is my last two times I’ve gone here and both times my drinks were completely disgusting when they were exactly what I wanted from other Dunkin location. Previously I ordered a mocha latte from this location and watched them make it incorrectly through the drive through window, then asked them to remake it politely because it was obviously wrong and then they tried adding chocolate sauce to to make it a mocha. WAS STILL WRONG and I had to go inside to get it fixed by a manager. Again today, I get my drink the turtle signature latte and it looks absolutely nothing like the advertisement and taste absolutely horrendous compared to other location I’ve had it at. I really don’t care if someone screws up usually but it’s solely this location. Two times I’ve received my two usual drinks that both times were screwed up. Pictured is the expectations to reality. If you want your $15 an hour then actually fulfill the expectations. I’ll continue to go to Dunkin but this location is hands down the worst in the area.
