Did not like going thru the drive thru. Could barely hear the service person. And I had very limited donuts to choose from. I checked Dunkin Donuts menu on my phone. And my favorite donut was listed. I haven’t ate at Dunkin for quite a few years. But anyway. They said they didn’t have the toasted coconut donut any longer. So I picked my next 2 favorites. Crullers and Blueberry. WHAT HAPPENED TO THE BLUEBERRIES? I CAN’T FIND THEM. Was very disappointed. Next time I’ll know to drive 8 miles to get what I want. To where I’ve always gone before. Dunkin on the Carlisle Pike. Love them over there. They are the best.

This location by far has the nicest staff. I ordered ahead , they know me and always say my name at the drive through tell me to pull forward.
I’ve never had an issue with any of my drinks and I like to mix it up with my coffee drinks , they always say mixing it up today!! Great customer service and friendly staff

The young man taking drive through orders needs to learn customer service ! He took the order robotically and then says “Pull Forward” not thank you ,is your order correct? Nothing ! Nov 26,2025 at 9 am I did not get his name however I did mention his lack of manners!

The girls in the pink hair are so rude and lack customer service skills. The manager needs to pull them aside and teach them you don’t address customers with “what?” And “well you should’ve”. Can’t ask questions, they’ll give you attitude!!

I ordered a green tea with 6shots of blueberry when I got the first time it tasted like just water then the manger I think it was the manger I asked to fix it and he gave me a shot of regular green tea and still tasted like water then he said he’ll make a new batch had to about 8mins then he gave me a new cup but still tasted like water I was beyond pissed off and annoyed so I left since I just finished drive for 3hrs heading back the shop

My coffee came out very disgusting and the man at the register refused to remake it despite me asking very politely. I asked to speak to management very politely and Ismail refused to bring me a manager. Very poor customer service. Do not recommend stopping here to any locals or tourists.
