Whoever run’s this Dunkin’ should be fired! I come to this Dunkin’ twice a day and was very disappointed with today’s morning service. When I reached the drive-thru window, I asked if I could add ONE munchkin to my order. Despite there being only ONE car behind me, I was told it wasn’t allowed. The older lady who works the drive thru mostly in the mornings would have added it or gave it to me without hesitation! It’s a munchkin and there are reviews below this of gentlemen handing out free donuts for a lady…
I had to drive back around and place a separate order for a single munchkin. For a loyal customer, this felt excessive and avoidable. Good customer service should prioritize common sense, especially for such a small request. I even over paid $.20 cents just because I didn’t want change back. Starbucks wouldn’t do this and they make more expensive and complex drinks. I expect better, what a shame.

I understand now why this location is rated so poorly. After placing my drive-thru order, I realized I had forgotten to add a strawberry frosted donut for my daughter. When I reached the window, I politely asked if they could add one to the order, even as a separate transaction, but they refused and said the line was too long and to get back in line. (Keep in mind there was three cars including mine) That response was disappointing, especially since it only required ringing up an additional donut and handing it to me. The lack of flexibility and customer service left a very negative impression. I will not be returning.

We went at this location twice,both times terrible coffee and specially the second time wich was today coffee tested more like hot water. The first time went to use their restroom and was filthy, no sop no where to be found. Got coffee and waked out but waste of money. Great location to do business, unfortunately weak management.

This Dunkin Donuts used to be a bank in a busy shopping mall. First time there, the staff was polite and informative. Food was well presented and well prepared. Price was decent for a change. I don’t normally review fast food establishments as they are all terrible, but this one spot is doing in right. Well done Dunkin Donuts

I live 2 mins away from this drinking I go there very often and it’s terrible I keep trying because it’s so close. This was my last order I asked for a dunkalatte with Carmel there is more whipped cream then coffee no Carmel. My avacado toast only had a little avacado 10$ for this? Messed up my drink 2 times tonight, proceeded to tell me its only on the app BUT its right on the menu at the drive thru for their new fall drinks, and also ordered munchkins, ended up finding hair in my donuts 2 stands of dark curly hair. I have always had a good experience here as im a local, will not be going back unfortunately for awhile until things are fixed majorly upon food safety. I work at a food service involvement QA needs to be involved.

Since open this dunkin has gone through mass improvements and is at a point where I’d consider it one of the best Dunkin’s I go to. Any 1 star review most likely from when the location opened. Shoutout to the older lady that always has the best attitude!

I placed a mobile order today- a medium iced coffee with caramel and cold foam. As you can see from the picture there was zero cold foam… and wasn’t made with caramel but with hazelnut syrup. Before I realized it was the wrong flavor- I asked the kid at the window if my order was correct because there was no cold foam and he said there WAS cold foam on it, he just didn’t want to remake it. Then I drive away and sip it and realize it was the wrong flavor too. I also cant have nuts and I reached out on the app and all they offered me was points. Not even refund or remedy for the nut issue. This new dunkin is AWFUL. Only go if you want your order entirely incorrect in every way possible.
