I think this is my third time already, but I honestly didn’t expect this at all. I used to work at Popeyes as a manager, and I’ve never treated customers poorly or messed up orders like this. The service here is honestly worse than I thought. I specifically asked for a vanilla hot coffee, but you gave me just a plain hot coffee which my sister doesn’t even like. This is really disappointing. You all need to do better, it feels like a waste of money.

Omg every time I go, they add more sugar than I ask for and pretend to change it and leave the same amount of sugar. I don’t recommend this place because you order one thing and they give you whatever they want, and they never put what you order on the board so you don’t see it.

I had a disappointing experience at this Dunkin’ location. I rang the service bell, and instead of addressing my concern, an employee grabbed the bell from my hand. That kind of behavior is unprofessional and completely unnecessary. Customers deserve respect, not hostility. I hope management takes action to ensure better service in the future. That old lady ruined my day looks like she doesn’t like her job. I wish I could give zero review..

TRIED to get a coffee at 5 a.m. this morning (Sun.) Lights were on, workers inside, cars lined up waiting, but no one being waited on. I went to Sheetz, when coming back same cars still sitting. Apparently the workers like to open at 5:30, not 5:00 like the “hours of business” sign says. This is not the first time this has happened. If you want to open at 5:30, that’s great, but change your sign, and don’t expect people to know this. Or get workers who will open at 5, as advertised.
